The location was fantastic and the dog and I really enjoyed the walks around the vineyard. Perfect after being in the car all day! The swimming pool was a welcome surprise as I thought it was closed, so cooling off after my walk was bliss. The bedroom was small but comfortable and having access to outside was perfect, sunbeds provided and a table and chairs was brilliant. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent as was the wine, which we enjoyed so much we bought a case to take home with us! The staff were so friendly and professional, they made our stay even more enjoyable. 10 out of 10 for me.

My husband was a little disappointed with his lamb dish but I loved my food, so maybe this was a little blip in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Lovely staff, beautiful location. We had a terrace room which has loungers outside the patio doors. Vineyards surround the hotel with lovely walks for our dog. Keep the dogs out of the “lake”! Restaurant was a separate building and the €40 menu was excellent. They kindly let us start are bottle of wine while lounging outside our room and then take the bottle to finish at dinner. We were at the start of a 2000 km journey and we couldn’t drink too much. Great food, lovely local wine, dog welcome in the restaurant. Breakfast was in the main building. Again dog welcome and lovely breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable but the rooms, shower room and toilet were a little on the small side. You can’t rebuild the hotel but maybe bring an electricity socket into the shower room? And perhaps a heated towel rail? You have wiring in the ceiling. Definitely NOT a dealbreaker however.

Friendly staff, good pool, room opening onto outside space with sun loungers and tables for each room. Lovely grounds and casual bar and restaurant facing a fabulour view across vineyards, Live music band during dinner was great - good singers and just the right level - not too loud.

Room was quite small but very comfortable and clean. It was fine for a short stay in summer when we were outside and only using the room for sleeping.

The room was lovely and comfortable, it was nice that it had a balcony, we even were able to enjoy this at night. The coffee machine was a welcome addition, we truly appreciated it. The location was stunning, we didn't truly appreciate it until the morning when the sun started coming up and we were able to explore. The beds were truly comfortable, and it had a lovely bath which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice, the breakfast room itself was fabulous with stunning views.

The room size was pretty small for the price when compared to other accommodation that we stayed in with a similar location. The breakfast seemed a little expensive (mostly we paid around €12 for breakfast in other locations, or it was included) but was definitely still worth having.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful view from our lovely, comfortable and well appointed room. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather during our stay. The swimming pool also helped us to cool off after a hot journey! Great parking facilities for our motorcycle. Idyllic restaurant, al fresco. Excellent quality food at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is set in the most beautiful surroundings, which include a vineyard and magnificent old trees - all adding to the peaceful ambiance.

Although we very much enjoyed the high quality evening meals at the restaurant, we would have liked an option for a lighter meal on one of the two evenings. (Gourmet level cuisine is great, but perhaps not every night!)

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice pool and view. Vineyard with signposted walking route.

There are no pavements on the roads, so it's impossible to walk anywhere, über rarely picks up in this area for short distances, and Taxis will charge for the journey from Bordeaux centre to the hotel, adding €30 to any taxi trip. You need a car to make it economical, or go in to town via über for €35 per trip.

Room was cosy. Perhaps a bit too small if you're up for a longer stay, but it was well equipped. The breakfast was nice and if the weather is nice you can sit outside and enjoy the vineyard view which is superb in the morning. The staff is super friendly and will do everything that is required to make you enjoy your stay as much as possible. Most rooms have a bath. You don't find that anymore in most hotels. That was nice to enjoy after a long day shopping on Bordeaux.

For me the bed was too hard, but that's a personal choice of course.

We were upgraded to a very comfortable room with an ensuite, which overlooked the pool and fields of grapevines. Beautiful. Breakfast was very enjoyable.

No complaints. We would have loved to have had a meal in your restaurant, however that option is not available on Sunday evenings. We were lucky to be able to enjoy a cheeseboard and some dips with our wine at sunset and mingle with some of the other guests.

The hotel it really modern and the rooms are small compared to other places we had stayed. The breakfast was lovely and so was the swimming pool. The evening meal in the restaurant was really lovely setting and the food was good.

you would not get a drink after 10 pm and there was no one around to ask

Restaurant is really excellent but it would have been good to have a simple menu for our 2nd nights stay or be able to get snacks of some sort. This is a hopefully a helpful comment as we enjoyed our stay and we planned ahead and ate out. We would have eaten at the property if there had been an alternative.
