Staff at this Hotel went out of their way to help us and were very friendly. They offered advise on where to visit locally and where eat. All these were great recommendations. They leant us a kettle and even helped us with providing milk. They helped us with a change of room at no extra cost. The breakfast was excellent. Overall the Hotel exceeded our expectations. While rooms are simple, they are clean and quiet and all that is needed.

Friendly staff’s professional and welcoming. Was given a bunk bed which I don’t need. Overall in room facility was well design and in good condition. I would like to have kettle and tea station. Adequate space in the shower and seperate toilet is nice. For the fee I paid for the overall experience is good. There were kfc and McDonald’s within 2 mins walk which was very convenient.

The guy working at the reception was nice and professional! The place is good value for money, nice breakfast and safe parking and comfortable bed. Walking distance from selestat centre.

Friendly staff, clean room, a good price (I had been intending to stay in the B&B hotel nearby where I have been before, but it was much more expensive so I came here). Ibis is reliable for a simply designed, convenient and economical stay.

Our bed was a bit broken and there was a slight smell of sewer from the shower every morning!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. A lot of free parking space but we had problems to find the entrance. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but good! It wasn't noisy there while we stayed there

We had a medical emergency and they helped us get emergency nos. Plus we kept breakfast for us till we reached. The amazing staff kept checking how our little one was and I felt so good that people cared

room was nice clean and comfortable, cleaned daily and towels replaced. breakfast was a good spread but no eggs of any kind. otherwise a nice stay near mcds and kfc and a supermarket

The location is not advisable for commuters. There is no public transportation nearby and 21 mins walk from the train station.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Accessible to supermarkets, KFC, McDonalds. Perfect place to explore Alsace region. Excellent value for the money.
