This is an elderly residential facility that lets rooms out to travellers, but don’t let that put you off. I arrived while an event was taking place, a singer & bbq in full flow. I was let in through the gates and told where to park securely. Room was superb, comfortable and spotless. Even had its own kitchen facilities. I had breakfast in the central area or it could be served in the room. Location was great, short walk into town centre

Guests need to be aware that this is not a conventional hotel it is a Senior Citizens residence. The bed linen is only changed once a week and the room also is only cleaned once a week. If you need clean towels these are available from reception on request.

Did not take breakfast. Very good location for walking out to restaurants at nights. Lovely and easily accessible swimming pool. Quiet at night, warm and comfortable. Lovely!

Nothing, really. We did have a bit of difficulty finding the building, as it was concealed by another building in front of it, a larger sign which we could see clearly from the car would have been very helpful.

The breakfast is adequate though choice is limited and it's not buffet style so you get what you're given and no more. The apartment has a small kitchen so you could make your own breakfast if you don't want to spend the €10.

Basically you're almost in Soissons centre, it's only a 5 minute walk to the main high street. There was parking and rooms were revamped. It's kind of a converted old people's home, but wifi was decent and breakfast was OK. Cheaper than the Best Western next door. We basically had a mini-apartment.

Not sure they speak much English there, so best go armed with some basic French.

Beautiful property. Clean , well prepared and peaceful. Our pets were happy and secure there.Everyone is so very nice. Safe parking.

Needs some extra utensils and dishes in kitchen. There was no dishes to use in the microwave.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property - the room was spacious and lovely. A very comfortable retreat. Walking distance to historic sights.

The breakfast was only so-so, wouldn’t recommend getting.

A lovely place, beautiful, quiet, clean, with good facilities Classy and stylish old people can be seen in the corridors, which were very lovely. All in all, we spent a great week there.

The apartment was very comfortable and styliesh. The kitchen and the rooms are modern and well equiped. The staff were really helpfull and very nice. We did enjoy our time being there. The breakfast was fine. The apartment locates close to the centre.

Brand new facility Great set of small facilities pool gym sauna really spacious apartments perfect for an over night stop on the way back to Calais. Note this is a shared retirement facility so they do ask for quiet hours to be respected we stayed with 3 children under 8 and had no complaints. staff were really friendly.

Initial access is a bit tricky as the last part is still being built so the entrance for parking wasn’t clear also access to the basement parking allows 2100mm clearance.
