Used this Ibis before, but this time for a 2-night stay, to for a couple of days cycling before returning to Calais. The room assigned was smaller than previously given, but at the same price, and there was no hair dryer, so mentioned this to the receptionist. Was immediately assigned the better room by the very helpful staff member. On checkout we asked to leave the car in the parking while we had a last bike ride, and to return briefly to use the washroom before driving to Calais. This was granted and enormously helpful. Excellent service by the staff on all counts.

We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed here 2 a year for the last 3 years. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. If we need help they would help us. The rooms are always clean and fresh. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! We were taken aback when we arrived by the design and layout and friendliness of staff. Excellent meals in the restaurant and drinks outside beforehand. The room was very spacious and the bathroom excellent. This was the best Ibis we have stayed in for many years!

Excellent staff - very helpful and welcoming. Good parking facilities. Convenient location near motorway. We enjoyed our evening meal at the restaurant.

The single beds were very narrow! I am over 6 feet tall and found it hard to fit in. The aluminium rim to the entrance to the shower room/toilet is quite sharp and I cut my toe on it.

Entry lobby very spacious and decorated nicely. Room very clean and spacious, asked for a ground floor room which we received.

Had been travelling all day from Switzerland heading bk to Calais, restaurant was not open, although we did manage to get a 3minute pizza opposite which was delicious

Well located for a stop over travelling north to the tunnel. Had a Quick Look in Laon, looked lovely wish we had more time. Staff great Enjoyable dinner with the half board package Secure parking

Perfect stopover on our way to the Alps. Third year in a row, and rooms always reliable and clean. Secure parking is great so we don’t need to unpack gear. This time we arrived in time for dinner and everything was very tasty. set menu for €15 and kids menu (two large chicken goujons or steak haché). Breakfast is always nice with eggs and bacon, cheese, fruit, yogurt, fresh breads and pastries. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great value in a great stop over location. Large car park, resturant on site Will allow dogs . 20min walk to the medieval town on the hill which is beautiful What's not too like

Secure parking, dog friendly, good size rooms, excellent bathroom / shower and towels. Restaurant good.

In a ground floor room, only a blind and windows clear so anyone could see in from adjacent hotel. Could do with curtains and nets. No gin in the bar? They said because many English people stayed and drank it all?
