Great location not far off A26 an ideal stopover on way back to Eurotunnel. Staff helpful, bar in Kyriad hotel next door was good and overall good value. Also a Buffalo grill 3 mins walk away.

We had four rooms next to each other on 1st floor. 7 8 9 and 10. Room 8 shower rail was missing so had to hold shower head. And the shower curtain in room 7 was hanging by a thread. But £30 a room between 2 was still great value.

The receptionist was really nice and he spoke very good English. The breakfast was good value and they offered a video selection for the price we paid. Especially the croissants were excellent, warm and flaky. Check in and check out was easy and quick. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it was conveniently located near the motorway.

Somebody clearly smoked in the room before us and the lingering smell was really annoying.

Room was on second floor so a bit of a struggle with bags on external staircase. Very few people staying so why put us on the top floor? Breakfast was good value.

A cardboard cup in the bathroom would have been useful for a drink of water. As already mentioned, why put us on the top floor?

The room is small, the bathroom is a similar size to a caravan sized bathroom. We did not have a double bed. Two singles with a single bunk overhead.

Bathroom very small, if you are large you may not fit in the shower. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was small but well maintained and for that price it’s was very good .

The only thing I don’t not like , they was no internet in the property. They will need to improve by introducing WI FI .

Easy to find, easy check in next door, en-suite room fine for a night. Seems like a nice area - no concerns about the car being broken into.

I can't think of anything, for the price paid it's perfectly adequate.

The chap that was hosting breakfast was absolutely charming

Paper thin walls. It was kind of post apocalyptic but at the same time absolutely perfect.

Standard Premier Classe room, clean, reasonable size & shower room. Closely situated to good choice of restaurants.

Had to ask for towels which the lady at reception apologised. However, she did not offer invoice or WIFI code.

Breakfast was good value and there was plenty of choice. The bed was a bit firm for me, though my mother found the bed comfortable.
