Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfortable room, nice touches like robes and slippers. Lovely and attentive staff, very accommodating with our requests regarding parking and dinner reservation. Excellent food and experience in the hotel restaurant

Nothing to dislike, I only rated a 9 rather than a 10 out of 10 as our rain shower was temperamental with water pressure and temperature but this is such a minor thing, we didn’t bring it to the attention of the staff as we were only visiting for a short stay.

This is a super hotel. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. Dinner on the terrace was first class and well-served. In fact, service from the moment we arrived at the hotel could not have been improved. It's a very convenient stopover just off the motorway, and the town of Tournus offers much to explore. We thought the hotel was excellent value.

The woman who supervises the breakfast room patrols around as if she is a police officer ! I think it is to check no one smuggles any food out but it does rather affect the welcoming atmosphere.

Always a warm welcome. The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Dinner is always excellent.

Had problems connecting to the internet on this trip and our room was the worst we’ve had in all our stays at this hotel (5). On the ground floor next to the railway.

Modern hotel with comfortable room, good shower, welcoming lounges and terrace, on which dinner was served, great breakfast, no doubt the spa was good if it was at same standard (I didn’t have time to use it), nice village to saunter around. Private parking. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Google Maps really made a mess of finding it. Just drive into Tournus from the A6 and it’s on your right just after some traffic lights opposite another hotel on the left.

We arrived early but had to wait in the bar for our room to be ready. The receptionist said they'd call us us as soon as it was available but there was a change in shift and in the end we asked if the room was ready at 3.30pm

The hotel was a great stopover on the way back from the alps. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Restaurant was fantastic though make sure you book in advance. We were lucky to get a cancellation.

Check in at 4pm seemed a little late. Even after 4pm the room still wasn’t ready. We were told we could have a drink in the courtyard and someone would be out to take our order. Unfortunately that person never appeared. Keep in mind the hotel doesn’t serve food after 1.30pm until the restaurant opens for dinner

Excellent breakfast and great location. Nice swimming pool, Spa and Restaurant. Little gem half way in France when driving from the North to the South

Really nothing could be better. Nice little town, great Hotel with many facilities and super friendly staff, nothing but praise for Les Sept Fontaines!

I asked from some extra arrangements in the room and the location. Everything was as I asked. The place and room are spotless and the employees were all more than friendly and helpful. We’re looking forward to our stay in October

Very well appointed and chic property in the heart of the very interesting town of Tournus, the perfect stop to break up a long drive. Loved the room, bed, sheets, pillows and decor. Interesting art scattered about.
