Perfect location, not far from town center along the river Saône. Unusual interiors even my room was attic type but it was good! Comfortable bed! Amazing, much exceeding my expectations set of meal products and beverages in the fridge for self-made breakfast! My applause for this approach! 👏

Low noise cancelling in the rooms. You can hear as your neighbor coughing 🫣 Probably that is why I would not recommend it for romantic stay if you know what I mean 😜 Very low speed of reaction for guests requests for invoce for accomodation. In my case it took 2 full days after check-out to receive invoice via E-mail 🙄

The fridge was stocked with milk, fruit juices, yogurts, ham, eggs, butter ; a croissant and baguette supplied fresh in the morning. Together with the coffee machine etc I couldn't have been happier. Soler welcomed me with his enchanting young daughter Amy, and he could not have been more helpful. I mistakenly thought the bath towels on the bed were ornate cushions (the way they were arranged). When I asked for a bath towel, Soler supplied one without question. The portable air conditioning was a bonus and particularly useful, because of the exceptionally warm weather. For an additional fee I was able to have my car garaged off the road, and being positioned directly opposite the property, it was really convenient.

My room was on the second floor, so would not be suitable for anyone with an infirmity which prevented them climbing.

This was a fantastic discovery! We took two rooms for one night as we were travelling down to the south of the country to go cycling. Communication was straightforward from the start and when we had an issue with sorting out parking for our vehicle, our host came straight around and lent us his blue badge (a local permit, not disabled permit), which meant we could park for free and locally. Our ground floor, en-suite rooms were large, comfortable, cool (it was very hot) and the bathroom had towels and shower gel and the water was hot and plentiful. Breakfast was lovely and simple, from the bread and croissants, to the coffee, ham, cheese and juices stored in the kitchen fridge. I highly recommend this accommodation, either as a stay to visit the local area or as a convenient stop over when travelling south.

Best find ever! Everything was perfect. The apartment is really spacious, extremely bright, with all the amrnities you need. There is plenty of food left in the fridge for breakfast, fresh bread and croissants are delivered in the morning. Super comfy, large bedroom, good matress, spare bathroom. Very well situated , only 10 min walk from the main city centre and 10 min walk to the train station. Small grocery shop around the corner. Easy check-in and check-out. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book it again as I travel to Chalon for work. Thanks a lot for everything !

We only stayed one night in Chalon. The apartment was clean comfortable and exceptionally kitted out for breakfast. Water in abundance was provided. Easy checkin

Not that it was a problem for us. The stairs upto the bedroom are very steep. The toilet room also located upstairs was rather small for my 6ft tall and broad husband. For a short stay though, it was a great location and comfortable stay overall. Breakfast was extremely good and overall great value for money.

Lovely and spacious room, great breakfast that you can have at any time you want. Nice kitchen for some cooking and backyard for hanging around. Easy to find and good instructions from the staff. Amazing for this money!

Bathroom sink is tiny - but really, that was the only minus.

It was charming, everything we needed for an overnight stay on the way to the south of France. We were astounded by the provisions for drinks and breakfast. Amazing!

We never actually met the hosts. Luckily some other guests were returning to their room and showed us around!

We stayed in the duplex apartment and it was very comfortable with a kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself. Breakfast was very substantial with a lot of choice. Location excellent. Wished we were staying longer.

There was always snacks, fruit, coffee and full fridge available. The garden/terras was very peaceful. Very friendly owners. Feeling like being at home. Great baguette in the morning.

I would have prefered natural bedsheets (eg cotton)
