The staff is ok, you get the needed information. The room was spacious. It has a sort of a kitchenette, well equipped and ready for current, necessary use. The hotel was relatively well placed from my point of view (a nearby metro line station with direct access to Paris main tourist objectives). Also, a nearby “Intermarche”, perfectly suitable if you plan to spend several days as a tourist and you have no meals at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. They have their own underground parking with plenty of parking spots.

We had a little problem after check-in with the room boiler but their technician promptly solved it. Unfortunately, the elevator didn’t work at all while we stayed there, meaning 3 nights. That was a bit problematic, especially with bags, since the parking lot is at second level underground and we had a second floor room.

Lovely and helpful staff. Good sized room with comfortable beds, mini fridge, stovetop and microwave. They also provider 2 fans which helped a lot with ventilation and the heat. They also had a filtered water machine and a coffee machine free to use in the common area downstairs which was amazing!

Our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it would get stuffy. There is very limited bench space for cooking but you make it work.

Lovely quiet area, felt really safe around the apartment. A shop, patisserie and park really close by. Had many great public transport options into Paris center nearby. Trains and metro were much more reliable than the busses as there was roadworks nearby. Good facilities in the room, good kitchenette with all the utensils and pots needed to cook a good meal. Very comfy bed and loved the pillows! Nice and quiet in the room, and the hotel apartments seemed basically empty! We only saw a handful of other guests. We slept with the window open as it was warm weather and no aircon, but the area was so quiet we still had peace. you could only slightly hear the sounds of the trains running nearby, but it didn't disturb us at all. They let us check in early at 12 instead of 3 when we arrived. And we left our bags on the last day after checking out as we had a later flight.

Around 40 mins journey into the center of Paris from the apartment, and not many restaurant/ bar options nearby within walking distance. No Aircon Bad drains smell in the bathroom from the shower (it rained heavily and smelled very bad after!) didn't affect our stay though.

Perfectly and really clean! The room was nice with furniture that looked like new. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. There was also a writing desk and usable reading lamps beside the beds. To my pleasant surprise there were enough coathanger in the cabinet which is not always the case in hotels. There was also a safe. The wifi was all right. The staff was helpful and friendly. We did not ask for breakfast, but there was a boulangerie and a small supermarket very close. The neighbourhood is calm and has a nice small town feeling with much greenery. It took 35-40 minutes to get in the heart of Paris by metro (including the 10-15 minutes walk to the station). There is also a direct line to Versailles from here, it is very close. I would book this place again and can recommend it.

I really cannot say anything. It was perfect for that price.

Everything was super — very clean, comfortable, and just a great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations. I especially want to mention the wonderful woman who worked in the dining area. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. She made our mornings brighter and really made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their warm welcome very much. The location was close to bus stops or the train for easy access to Paris. There was plenty of space for my bags and I enjoyed having the small kitchen. The bathroom was rather large for Paris standards.

It would be nice if there was tea or coffee provided in the room, but overall it was a great stay.

Really clear instruction for check in outside of reception hours made access easy. Lovely sized apartment/room with plenty of useful facilities even for a short trip. Particularly enjoyed the inclusion of a refrigerator. Only slight downside was the noise from building work being completed throughout the day; but putting that to one side, a nice easy stay with simlle access by public transport.

The Aparthotel is about 10 min walk from the metro station and 20 min from the city center (by metro). The staff was nice and helpful. The apartment has minimalist style but is spacious, very well equipped AND spotlessly clean. Matresses were comfortable.

The heating equipment was maximized at 19°C. For our request they set to 21°C. Fortunately the bathroom was warm enough thanks to an electical radiator.

The hotel is at a perfect location in Vanves Malakoff, near the metro and the "N" regional train station to Gare Montparnasse(5min ride), supermarkets, boulangeries and a carrefour grocery store. During check-in, I was greeted by Miriam who was wonderful and very welcoming. A sweetheart! The rest of the staff was professional and helpful as well. The room was clean with a nice kitchen and a fridge, perfect size for one guest, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a towel radiator.

The WiFI connection was very weak or no connection at all. Very frustrating situation when you have to do some remote work. I tried in another room, same issue with the WiFi connection.

Nice staff who spoke very good english. Nice and green neighborhood, quite and peaceful with view of the torre Eiffel from one side of the hotel. Plenty of things around such as restaurants, super markets and boulangeries. Private parking at half of the price of what hotel normally ask for. Overall very good relation price/quality.

In the studio there is a kitchenette with many utilities, including a coffe machine and a boiler for tea, however there is no sample and for people that just stay one night it's a pity not finding a couple of tea bags. The room and hotel in general was a bit hot and with no air conditioning. Just a little ventilator in the room not perfectly functioning. Some smell coming from the shower.
