Likes: * Location is excellent and with easy reach of Trams into Central Paris. * Plenty of parking (also has underground parking) * Staff are excellent and very willing to help and make your stay comfortable. * Swimming pool though smallish was excellent. * room with 2 double beds was of good size. Has a fridge, tv etc. * Located 5 mins walk from Westfield Shopping Mall. EXCELLENT.

Dislikes: * Hotel and Rooms are tired and in need of refreshing. To be fair the manager did say Novotel did have this hotel on list to be renovated by end of 2025. * Bathroom was disappointing but as said needs refreshing. * House Keeping was probably worst I have seen. 6pm and still room not been cleaned/made-up. Cleaning Staff just ignored our request and said we usually don't clean rooms on Sundays. REALLY, your a hotel. Why should Sunday make a difference.

Raya, at reception very kind and helpful girl. We checked in at midnight and ekstra bed was not set but she made sure that we had everything. Even she was alone in the reception. Rooms and cleaning was top. Breakfast was very good and big choice.

Swimming pool was little.

The room were cleaning and housekeeping would come and clean my room everyday during my visit. Also, The breakfast and dinner was really good and accommodating. Lastly the swimming pool was a great facility for me and sister to enjoy and spend time. I love how nearby the hotel there’s food chains like KFC, McDonald’s as well as a massive Westfield’s as well.

I didn’t like the policy of giving €200-300 upon your arrival if you cause any damage as I wasn’t aware of and that amount was part of my spending money. Also, the staff was very nice, however when you ask a favour from them and they said they’ll do it but you’ll wait 2hours max for what you’ve requested and that is quite irritating. Furthermore, guest bring pets to the hotel was annoying because there was one guest that brought her dog and it was barking tremendously loud during the night and day as well which was very disturbing.

I was given a big room despite not booking one. It might have been a regular room I'm not sure, but it was huge! Mini fridge Clean and tidy with cleaners coming in and making bed every day in time for when I returned Comfortable bed 5 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre

Breakfast was ok. I wouldn't say delicious. Reception staff could've been friendlier/more welcoming.

The size of the room and beds are perfect for the family. Breakfast was superb with loads of choices to choose from. My daughters love the swimming pool and the temperature of the water was just right. Your customer service at the reception were very helpful and polite. Big thanks to them all. My family and I can't wait for our next visit. Good luck

Someone told me that you allow visitors with dogs. I hope you do not allocate a room that has been given to someone with dogs. I do not believe human should share a room with dogs

Had amazing experience staying at the hotel. The manager Jayce was very welcoming and helpful and made sure we have an amazing time and got back to the airport safe. The rooms were big, breakfast had variety, games area for the kids, swimming pool fantastic. it is in an amazing location, situated right next to Westfield that has a big food court and many shopping stores. The tram and bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the hotel which made it very easy to commute to and from central Paris. We received a five star stay in a four star hotel.We are definitely coming back. I was traveling with my two kids and my husband. The kids loved the heated pool. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The reception had an arcade game and a foosball table so my kids were very happy. The room was comfy, bit bath, big beds, great view. We didn't have to pay for the car park. All good. The breakfast had a LOT of options, very very good buffet! I would recommend this hotel.

The only thing we were really unhappy about was our time at the restaurant. Horrendous service. Only two waiters for a room full of hungry/angry customers... Slow service, the waiters couldn't care less of being bad, no manager available when customers asked to talk to one to complain, the food arrived cold and my pasta arrived 30 minutes after my sons and husband were served... We left before the dessert as we would have spent the night waiting otherwise... Some customer were saying it's not their first time they have an issue with this place even...so not a one off. The food was not even good. Very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Nice location near shopping mall with many shops and restaurants. Room is clean and great size. Swimming pool and parking is benefit.

Free extra bed for kid under 13. My daughter is 8 years old but provided baby cot first night. Spoke with receptionist and manage to add bigger bed second night.

We were given 2 communicating rooms. It was really handy, the kids sleept in one room and us in the other one. Private car park was nice. Air conditioning and pool were great to cool down on very hot days. Also there was a breakfast added to our bill, when I informed the staff of the mistake it was promptly corrected. Cleaning staff was also very helpful, I mentioned that a bottle opener was missing from the room they gave me one straight away.

Restaurant was expensive so we went to eat out.

We have bought half board. However the menu of dinner has 2 main meals every night; a small pizza and a duck meal + one desert or salat. I had imagined to have different meals every night but it was not the case.
