Bring your own towels! The ones provided are thin and too small and only one per person - two each should be norm: one for bath and one for hair Better directions needed. Link on website (booking.com not the hotel) doesn’t work. Clicking on ‘get directions’ took us to the a20 not the hotel, so ended up with 50-mile round trip instead of five minutes. Not good at end of long day’s driving.

Nice and clean room. Helpfully staff. Comfortable bed. Only one towel per person. Only soap/shampoo in the bathroom. No vegetables at breakfast. Nice diner next door. Good location, by the motorway. I liked the interior- American style furniture, wallpaper and diner.

Great check in experience. Lady on reception was very friendly. Arrived a little early with no problems and accommodated our needs. Dog cost was very reasonable. Heating good. American themed throughout with comfy bed and powerful shower. Restaurant serving American style food right next door was excellent with a discount if staying at Break hotel. Free parking outside.

There were no curtains on our windows, only nets. Windows couldn't be opened in room.

This was a cute business hotel, American style. For us for an overnight stay, it was perfectly located close to the highway. Best point: even though the hotel was quite full, the soundproofing was EXCELLENT! Not a peep from the other guests nor from the highway. As hotel guests, we received a 10% discount at the excellent Pizza restaurant next door. Lady at the reception was very kind and professional upon arriving 10 March, which could NOT be said of the staff (3 ladies) the next morning 11 March. Totally uninterested in customers and continuously talking amongst themselves.

This was a basic small room but perfect for our purposes. A small hiccup with the booking was quickly resolved. The staff at breakfast duty was sorely lacking!

The location of the hotel was perfect for a journey, The breakfast excellent, The staff were very helpful . I loved the shower in the room, would recommend this for anyone in the area, especially travelling with animals......I was travelling with my cat !

Comfortable, clean, quiet and functional for an overnight when travelling further through Europe. Breakfast was great and Holly diner, next door to the hotel gives discounts on the meals. Within easy reach of the motorway.Have used previously and would highly recommend.

We had a late check-in and the staff was very friendly and explained where to pick up the keys (ibis reception next door). The guy there was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new. Great place at a cheap price if you want to crash for the night and split your journey

Perfectly located as an overnight stay hotel when traveling. There is a late night diner adjecent with a USA 50's vibe which is nice (food not great, but good enough). Nice clean rooms good beds friendly staff. Didn't't have the breakfast so I don't know.

Fresh bread was delivered to the room each morning which was a lovely surprise as was the supplies of fresh milk, cheese, yogurts and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The accommadation was in the centre of the village and ideally suited for or needs.

I didn't expect a great deal for the price, but was very pleasantly surprised. The location is great for travelling on one of the major routes through France (although TomTom took us to a secure (private) location which wasn't the hotel, luckily Waze knew how to get there properly). Interesting American theme throughout the hotel and the Diner next door (we didn't eat there - too tired). The rooms were very comfortable, good wifi, clean and pleasant bathroom. Breakfast was fine - nothing exceptional but we were satisfied with the food.

The a/c / heating system made slight inconsistent 'bubbling' noises but I am really trying to pick fault here. There could be a larger selection of drinks at breakfast - orange or apple were the only fruits available.
