The place was pretty quiet and clean. The apartment is not that close to the subway station, but we could walk within 10min and there were supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The price was fair and I would come back.

When I called for instructions about how to pick the key, the receptionist didnt talk English at all, even all the announces about this apartment be in English, I have sent email in English as well and no response, only when I sent in French (with google translator) that I received a response. It would be good to make it clear in the announce to communicate only in French, because I got concerned about not receiving the instructions for the keys.

My room was spacious, has a minibar and with a balcony. You can pay 10 Euro to be able to use the laundry for a week which was so convenient. There are several washing machines and dryers. The metro station is a 10 minute walk and along the way there is a disposal bin for bottles. There are several convenient stores nearby. The room is equipped with everything you need. I bought a wine with cork and good thing my room has a cork opener. The fridge was not working when I checked, when I informed the front desk, a new functioning fridge was replaced. There are several house policies that are imposed such as cleanliness and responsibilities which I think is great.

There is no front desk during weekends and a limited timing during weekdays. I was informed that if I am not able to arrive between 4-6pm, I need to check in myself and instructions will be provided. I am okay with that however I have several questions about the property as well as the city since it is my first time being there. Having a receptionist would be beneficial. A little bit far from the city center but can be reached by metro. Travel time usually is about 40 mins to 70 minutes depending on location.

The breakfast was simple, but still great. Unlimited coffee in the morning is a god-send. The croissants just keep coming, as do the pan au chocolats!

There could have been more towels in the room (we had 1 small one and 2 large ones). This would be enough, but the shower is open and water leaks out of the shower, so you really have to sacrifice 1 towel so you don't flood the bathroom. I'm not sure if the room heating works or not.

It's basically a dorm but the room was nice, clean and for a short stay completely adequate. A bakery and supermarket close by. A good value for the price.

It's a bit tricky to get to the reception since you need a chip (access card) to get to the property. For a longer stay a deposit is required (we stayed for 4 nights and deposit wasn't withhold). You need to take out trash (not an issue for us though) and clean the room. It takes about an hour to get to the city centre (but we knew about it, metro station is just down the hill, about 10 mins walk), it's in a residential area.

The location was comfortable to get to, nice suburbs and with tasty bakery nearby. The place was clean, for me nice view from the window, no loud noises. Comparted to other places very decent price for the quality, they also let us check in a bit earlier, which helped. They also replied quickly and communicated nicely with clear instructions.

The shower didn't give a stable temperature, and taking a shower was "5 seconds too cold, 5 seconds too hot, repeat". Also, no hand towels (but 1 towel per person an 1 on the floor). The floor one was not enough since the shower handle was a bit broken and splashing the water too much. Not enough shower gel, just 1 small for 2 people for 4 days. Generally, the change of water temperature made us a bit uncomfortable, might have been just an issue with that particular room.

I liked that the accommodation came included breakfast for two, from Mon to Fri. Laundry 24x7 for 1 week is €10. It's €20 for 1 month if not mistaken. Staff and Reception were excellent and they speak English too and very helpful. Room was just the right size with TV, microwave, fridge and hob and hood too. Hot water supply was good too.

I stayed for 23 days. I noticed the housekeeping did not take place as promised weekly. After the 1st week, l asked the lady housekeeper if can come back later in the day or next day and she said no. So nothing was done for that week after a week stay. The 2nd week, it was done by a guy and the 3rd week none.

They didn’t asnwer me when i sent a message saying that i would be late for check in… Because of that, i didn’t get the keys… i was supposed to spent 4 days in this appartament but i only spent 3 days! I had to book another hotel just for one night :/

Online communication with the staff was quick and professional, easy late check-in and online check-out. The location was good for visiting Paris (about 30-45 minutes to the city center by metro) and the room was spacious and tidy. There was breakfast included (but only Monday to Friday).

The automatic ventilation system was sometimes quite loud. There was no breakfast on the weekend, options were quite limited and ran out in the last half an hour. You need to take your trash out and clean the dishes before departure, otherwise there's a fine you have to pay.

Easy check-in and check-out and good phonic isolation of the room. The kitchen was useful and the bed was very confortable. The hotel was 10 min walk from line 7 in a quite area.

The breakfast was very basic. The guy from the breakfast wasn't friendly at all and the tables were not clean. We haven't enough shower gel and soap (only 1 for 2 persons 1 week). They brought us after we asked for. Were only 2 big towels, with no hands towels. We asked for towels but the ones they brought us weren't so clean. No daily cleaning at all, no new towels and laundry change during the stay. (8 nights) No air conditioning. Unfortunatly we didn't knew that we had to clean our room before we leave. All these informations aren't at all on Booking.

The room was spacious, plenty of drawers for clothes. The kitchen was well equiped, the breakfast (that I didn't know about) was free, but not on week ends, they close the kitchen during week ends

My bathroom floor had some weird stains, couldn't say what was is it. The shower is only half covered so the floor was wet all the time we showered. The heating, couldn t feel a difference.
