Great service from the staff! Yaseen did a great job of taking care of my business related needs in the morning upon checkout. This hotel had a super clean room and an easy to access breakfast area. The rooms are not super large. However, they have a nice layout where you can enjoy your stay. The small kitchenette would have been useful if I had needed to use it. Maybe I was just really tired. But, I was out like a light when in bed. So, it must have been comfortable!

This hotel is not in the center of Paris. Additionally, it is not that close to a metro stop. These are not that challenging as one only needs to be mobile enough to get to it. The only thing that I did not appreciate about the room is that it was really cold when I arrived. I had to figure out how to get the heater working so that the room was not so frigid.

The very first thing I need to mention is the high quality of customer service provided by Yacine remmas! He made me feel home, helps me with WiFi, shows empathy and helps me even after checking out ! I need to thank the night shift security staff ! Ecla Paris villejuif is very comfortable, well located and offers the best breakfast! The young French lady at the kitchen has a sunny face in the morning! She is very present and sociable! The price is fair for the service!

I strongly believe this place has a great potential and the cost-quality is incredible. You would be astounded by the infrastructure of the entire place, as well, as how perfect the rooms are. Definitely a place to stay in Paris if you: Are in a budget; Don't mind moving some 30-40 minutes in transport to visit Paris monuments and locations. Highly recommended.

The service from the front-desk people can be improved. A little bit unprofessional or not aware of their position, being that, the face of the place. Smile a bit more, and treat everyone equally....

With such an affordable price for a night and breakfast included, the room is more than my expect. Friendly and helpful customer service. Clean and neat facilities, good enough for kitchenette. Quiet neighborhood for good sleep. Continental breakfast is well-served with a smiling lady.

The location is a little bit far from Metro. It's hard to pull the luggage uphill from Metro (Leo La grange station) to the hotel. but we can enjoy the views with cute and cozy houses along the street. Downhill from ECLA to Metro is better.

Modern, comfortable and clean room. Well equipped kitchen. Staff in the breakfast room was polite and friendly. 10 minutes on foot from metro station. Easy acces to Paris center in 30 minutes by metro. Free car parking on the streets near hotel.

Breakfast was poor. No eggs or omelettes. One day there was no cheese and ham and it was one hour before closing. We had an early morning departure and we asked from the previous day for some breakfast basket and guy in the reception said they don't do this.

The room is perfect, the beds and pillows are comfortable to sleep. It is also equipped with a kitchen. It is quite suitable for a even longer stay. There are also laundry services in the building. The facilities are pretty sufficient. The breakfast included is kind of simple though. Overall is out of expectation. It is of good value.

The downside is that it is rather far from the city center, and needs a long walk from the metro station. But the neighborhood is nice and safe so it is compensated.

The staff down stairs at the breakfast were excellent. We spoke English and she helped me immensely., very helpful. The room was clean and organized and quite perfect.

It’s not like I didn’t like it, the location was a little bit out-of-the-way and a little bit far from the metro. Being older adults, we had to walk quite a ways, but if it wasn’t for the heat, it would’ve been OK. If they had a little bit more directions on key areas that would’ve made it perfect.

Breakfast was OK. It's about 12 minutes walk downhill to metro Villejuif Lagrange and 15 minutes walk to Gustave Roussy Institute. Room facilities are brand new, though, basic. It has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric cooktop and necessary utensils. Check-in and check-out was easy and smooth.

Water was stalling in the bathroom sink. The elevator button didn't work for couple of days so I had to go one floor down to call elevator. No fresh fruits were provided for breakfast. The service people where trying to kick me out earlier (11 am) then the check-out time at noon. It was not clear how to adjust heating radiator so it was quite chilly in the room. Also, beware it doesn't have air conditioning just a ceiling fan so I wouldn't stay there summer time.

Quiet location, awesome apartment. It has everything you will need in a home and the staff are helpful.

Before making payment my communication with whoever I was chatting with was excellent, upon making payment I could not reach the person anymore. Upon arrival in Paris, I needed clarification on how best to get to the location alas! no communication, number was not going through. I had to guess my way all the way and upon arrival at the location I had to wait outside until someone comes out (after haven had a 7hours flight and about 3hours trying to find way my to the venue)

Great facilities and clean, spacious room with a modern bathroom containing hair dryer and some complimentary toiletries. Metro is only 12 minutes away on foot but beware of the hills! Quite a good price with breakfast already included however not that many options of food available and the same everyday so ok for a short stay but might not be ideal for a longer one. Access to the gym and some games in the other building is a nice addition to the stay.
