Great base outside of Avignon with a pretty garden and pool area. Villeneuve is lovely in its own right and it's easy to pop on a bus into Avignon (and nice to escape out again for a refreshing swim before heading back in to the Arts festival in the heat of July)!

The initial room allocated didn't meet my expectations...but I was very happy with the room I was then moved to and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, so not a problem at all and I'd definitely go again!

Beautiful facility with wonderful staff, clean room, covered parking, great breakfast and AMAZING pool! The staff was so sweet to our dog. The air conditioning was the best!

Dinner at the hotel was not that great but the town how many great restaurants to choose from (and breakfast was wonderful).

Despite being a bit away from Avignon the location is beautiful. Nice gardens at the hotel.

Breakfast is overpriced at 17 euros and one of the staff was nice but didn't speak english and didn't inform us about that. Feels like building is shaking from time to time and making strange noises not sure what it was maybe sound from the laundry.

Stunning beautiful property and lovely staff. We really enjoyed the rooms and the suites are just lovely. Wonderful breakfast served daily. Thomas at the reception desk offered us exceptional service.

The pool was freezing and lacked the charm and beauty of the rest of the hotel. Could use a heated pool and maybe create a better ambience by adding flowers and maybe nicer pool chairs.

We loved our room with two sets of shuttered windows overlooking the gardens. It was large and furnished in good taste with antiques. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Excellent bathroom and separate loo. Very pleasant breakfast room with a good range of food available. Pleasant staff.

Would prefer coffee made in a cafetiere rather than an automatic machine. But good enough.

Comfortable, charming rooms. Loved the courtyard for aperitifs and breakfast. Great location - walkable to the town centre and not far to go into Avignon. Lovely pool.

Beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous room with very good bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast was varied & excellent. Staff were helpful. Our room wasn't ready as we arrived too early early, we advised to use the pool which was lovely. When we finished our swim, our bags had been taken to our room which was an extra we didn't expect!

The bathroom was amazing!!! With multiple parking areas the parking was close to the room. Nice balcony and great spacious room. The bed really comfortable and soft.

There was no central ceiling light in the main room, so most of the lighting came from either natural sunlight, or a small table light and the very dim bedside lights. Furthermore the two mattresses shifted apart in the middle of the night. Not a huge problem though.

Breakfast selection was very good although the service on our first morning (13th August) was chaotic this was made up for on the Sunday with the excellent organisation managed by Stephanie.

The bedroom was ok but not as beautiful as the photos which we used to decide our booking. The pool area was nice but the relaxing atmosphere was spoilt by the loud and noisy antics of my fellow British tourists, I'm sad to say. Perhaps you could restrict times for children to play in the pool? The bar area was unattended during our stay which was a shame.
