It is close to historical attractions and it is convenient to travel to other cities near Avignon by car. The owner is friendly and very service minded. I would recommend friends and other to stay here. Breakfast is nicely prepared by the owner and it is well prepared and good value for money. The place is located at safe neighborhood. I parked outside the hotel at Public area. I stayed for 3 nights.

Without being in the city center, it's still a great location. The walk to the center is about 15 mins. While the view is not spectacular, from the rooftop there is a nice terrace.

Unusually large bath, friendly and helpful staff. Owner was accommodating by offering a small refrigerator for room. 15-'20 minute walk to old city and Palais de Papes. Limited parking so arrive early to get a spot because difficult to park in old city hotels - this was main reason we selected this hotel. Recommend Basta Cosi Italian restaurant. Best access to hotel via A9 not A7

Breakfast should have more cut meat selections and sliced cheese, and also there were never enough hard boiled eggs. Good selection of breads and pastries but we don't normally have so many carbohydrates in our regular diet.

Very good spot for visiting Avignon if you are by car. The hotel does not have a private parking, but the nearby street was more than fine (at least in September when we visited). The walk to the heart of the city is around 15min. We found it a very good compromise to visit Avignon, but not paying a fortune and especially to avoid the traffic that would lead you to the city centre

Perhaps a bit noisy as very close to the road but not really a problem Would be good to have a kettle and tea and coffee in the room

Have to admit that I was very concerned when I saw the hotel from the outside as we arrived. It looks tired and a bit scruffy. BUT as soon as we came thru the door and met Gideon (Guidon ??) I knew it would be fine. He is just lovely! Our room on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the river, was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Everything you could want. We enjoyed our one night stay and will happily return

Location, 1 minute from river to cross to old Avignon in 15 mins.a delightful walk. Friends took a taxi.easy. Staff friendly, room clean. Breakfast simple buffet but adequate with excellent coffee. Perfect for our overnight stay. Parked outside, easy road access.

Modern furniture in a recently renovated building, next to the bridge that brings to Avignon citadel. 15 mins to the citadel, and you can leave the car next to the hotel, so I'd say, a good choice. Nice terrace with view.

Room size maybe not big enough for 5

This was a good find for our 'tour' of Avignon - with free parking nearby and just a 15 minute walk to the old town centre across the river. Our room was a good size, with a comfy bed and a big bath! We had air conditioning which was another bonus. A continental breakfast was served on the top floor where there was also a terrace with river views.

If we had been staying more than two nights, the lack of storage space and hanging for clothing could have been a bit of an issue.

Comfy budget hotel, great charming view from the terrace over the river and city, most helpful staff, deli breakfast. Plus east to park car on the back of the hotel. Easy walking distance to the city Center.

Overall a very good budget hotel, if I would point something out is that in Family room there could be a fridge and safety deposit box.
