Comfortable room although small. Brilliant location - just cross the road and walk through the gate into the walled city. Staff were really friendly. Loved breakfast and we ate the pizzas the hotel did both evenings as they were really good. They warned us a large party were in so that we could avoid the crush at breakfast. Parking was also very secure and only a few minutes walk away and you could park outside for 20 minutes to check in and drop off bags and do the same when checking out.

Room was small and so were the towels!! Busy road outside so couldn't have windows open.

Every member of staff was amazing! We interacted with reception staff on check in, Bar off to order some drinks and some food, the staff supporting over the breakfast period, even had a nice conversation with the cleaners when we asked for some more toiletries. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcome which was amazing given this was a budget venue. Smiles at breakfast at, 8 am and smiles throughout the stay.

For a budget hotel you couldn’t really fault it. Even the reviews saying the breakfast was poor I disagree with. It’s minimal, but fine and convenient. Have a coffee and a croissant and your net on the extra you pay.

Very good location , close to the old city wall and just few minutes walking distance from the historical city centre. Friendly staff, decent breakfast with fruit and pastry , the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had soap dispensers and a hair dryer. One evening we decided not to go out and we ordered their pizza, it was good and not expensive.

There was no storage space in the room, only a few hangers hangin on next to bed, insufficient for 3 persons. I know , it is a small room and it's a budget hotel, but at least they could provide more hangers.

The location is great! And the staff at the front desk is polite and responsive.

The pillow wasn’t very clean, and my friend had a bit of a skin reaction the next day. Also, someone unexpectedly opened our door in the morning, which gave us quite a scare and violated our privacy.

Breakfast included Nutella, jams, butter, and cheese. Lots of coffee, juice, milk and water. There were lots of types of bread. There were also apples and cereal. Simple but delicious breakfast. The staff was so kind and amazing. Always smiling. I loved that it was so close to the centre downtown inside the walls. It would've been to noisy living inside, so this was a perfect way to step out.

Honestly, nothing. For the price you are paying, it was great!!

I needed somewhere safe and near the station with a 24 hour desk as my train was arriving late and the last thing I wanted was messing about with keyboxes.This place was perfect, it was clean, felt very safe and the comfort of the bed put a lot of more expensive places to shame. Good value for money too. Obviously it's fairly basic as reflected in the price but if you have similar needs to mine don't hesitate.

The toilet smelt a bit fusty.

Good location, very easy to find when walking from the station. Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff - the best I've encountered in France. Clean, spacious, modern room with plenty of hooks, shelves, bathroom had a lovely, deep bath. Good breakfast and kettle/m/w available in common area.

View over construction site next door but there was good soundproofing and was only aware of a little noise if I was there during the day.

The Ibis Budget brand is a guarantee of a clean, comfortable room. I stayed with them multiple times in different cities and always got what I expected. Avignon was no exception.

Nothing to complain about.

Location: extremely good. Free WiFi is high speed. Room. Although room was along a main road, noise nuisance was very limited. I did not take breakfast.

Size of the table. Bathroom: not sure that the bathroom's soil is wet-cleaned very often. Bathroom: Hair dryer was found to be not very efficient: I have always mine anyways. Noisy airco: just a matter of letting it turn while not in the room and stop it for sleep.

location is just near to the city wall. there are free street parking behind of the hotel. the lady in the reception was very kind.

the room was stinky when entering the room mad us feed bad. the smell was gone after turning on ventillation for few hours. the floor needed to be cleaned up.
