The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was a 2 minute walk from the train station, which we used regularly. It was a short walk from the town entrance and restaurants. It is a great hotel if you are planning on staying for a short period of time.

The rooms were very small, which is not very clear on their website/booking.com, unless I personally missed something. You are right on the train tracks, so if you are not a light sleeper, you will not enjoy your stay. With it being a small hotel, the rooms are also very on top of each other, so you can hear your neighbours if they have a loud conversation or decide to sing (actually happened).

This is a charming hotel. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the entrance and the little garden. The room was small, but manageable. Breakfasts were nice--plenty of choices. We were right by the train tracks & could hear the freight trains, but I happen to like the sound of trains.

I would have liked a more relaxed breakfast. The TV news was on the whole time. The last thing I want to confront on waking is the news.

We were greeted by our host at reception who provided us with a city map, explained where to go for meals, catch buses etc. Our bedroom was on the first floor and overlooked the garden which had tables and chairs for morning breakfast if you wished or in the evening time. The buffet breakfast had a very good array of items and the breakfast manager kept an eye on stocking and refilling items where necessary. The bed was very comfy and both the room and ensuite were spacious and clean. The hotel is only a few minutes from the station which was good for day trips to Arles and Nimes. The city is opposite the station and is very flat to walk about with a lovely park to go and sit in (next to Tourist Information). Thank you again for the kettle during our stay. We will have no hesitation in using this hotel again when next in the area.

The room was a small studio in a quiet part of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and there was many choices in the buffet. The attendant was super friendly and funny. The shower gel and shampoo were nice.

We chose that room and paid more to have an extra large bed. However, it was rather small, at 140 cm wide. The street approach of the hotel is a bit grungy and un-attractive, but the backyard/garden is great.

Great location within easy walking distance to the city centre – restaurants and attractions. Peaceful shady rear courtyard for some space to relax. Some staff speak good english and were very accommodating re leaving my bags from check out for collection later in the day.

The stairs to the upper level rooms are a little precarious and extreme care needs to be taken when carrying your bags up and down, especially if you are an older person. The cheaper rooms are quite small and would be very congested if there were two of you and you were staying for several days.

The room is very spacious, the breakfast is like banquets - absolutely delicious and with a great variety. The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

The bathroom could have somewhere for hanging the towels.

We were delighted with our stay here in Avignon. We had a big day of traveling and were grateful to receive a warm greeting at check in by a lovely gentleman. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view over a the gorgeous courtyard. Free and secure parking, very quiet area, minutes to walk to the old town to explore, and one of the most delicious breakfasts we’ve had so far in France that could be enjoyed outside. Thank you!

Beautiful courtyard and building with only 6 rooms. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast every day. Great AC for hot summer nights. Nice shower, bathroom, etc. A friendly cat to greet you in the courtyard. Better than I was hoping for!

Our studio was clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Awesome breakfast, lovely courtyard to sit and relax. The staff are helpful and friendly. People mention the proximity to the train but it did not bother us at all, nice and close to walk to the old city.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and happy for us to leave the car on our last day at the hotel so we could explore more of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location is really accessible for exploring Avignon.
