Location was very convenient to Papal Palace and Old Town. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and reception staff spoke excellent English. Play area for children between reception area and restaurant was great! Would stay here again.

Shower had slippery plastic floor which almost caused a fall. Would highly recommend that hotel place a rubber shower mat near shower that is available for guests to place on the shower floor before showering. Have seen such mats in other hotels in France. Consider adding a towel bar since towels keep falling off hooks. Restaurant breakfast, hamburgers, and ham & cheese sandwiches were excellent but Rigatoni & Shrimp dish should be removed from the menu. Worst pasta dish I’ve ever had— lacked seasoning and the 3 shrimp did not taste fresh. Sauce tasted like a warmed mayonnaise and vinegar concoction with chopped raw celery.

The hotel is pretty nice. The location is not the best but is very close to the city center. If you want a pool, it is totally worth it. The hotel gets a bit crowded and staff cannot cope with it at times: big lines at the reception, no one to replace the water in the reception, etc. Still, they pay attention to details and care about the guests. I definitely recommend this place.

better pillows, better internet (issues with 99% of the hotels in the world...). Not much more, this is a very nice hotel and a good value for money

The hotel was excellent for our stay in Avignon. It was just a few minutes walk to the historic center, rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was more than sufficient. But I have to say that what made the experience here memorable was the staff. Everyone was accommodating and eager to assist us in our needs. Our special thanks to Alicia, who not only kept us posted on our booking as we were running late for check-in, for making our check-in process smooth and seamless, and for the special assistance on ticket bookings for our next stop. Truly a great experience!

Very clean, very good ambiance, swimming pool open year round, very nice breakfast, staff is very polite and always ready to help. Baggage storage is great - staff helped with our bags and we could roam the city worry free , room was very comfortable, very nice soaps fully stocked in the room unlike other hotels, Great location next to train station, I would go there again just for the breakfast in which everything was well prepared and efficiently laid out.

Beautiful reception/lobby/ lounge area. Modern open space design with great flow to cocktail bar, and pool area. Spacious but well arranged seating adding to the welcoming ambience. Lovely children’s zone and teen games area catering for families. Rooms good size - excellent design and decor. Windows can open to ensure fresh air/ breeze. Bathroom sleek and uncluttered. Separate toilet area well considered. Bedding crisp and comfortable. Parking onsite and easy to access.

The location was very close to the train station, so was easy to get to other destinations. The room was modern and quite comfortable for a few night stay. There were many electronic sockets to charge devices. And the WiFi worked very well.

It was not as close to restaurants as staying in town. But we could walk 10 to 15 minutes and get to the center of town.

The location is great - very close to the train station and within adequate walking distance from the main touristic attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough. There are hydration stations in the corridors.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Hot meals are not heated while they remain on the serving table. Also, there are a lot of bakery and pastry but a few options to choose from for a healthier meal.

Location of this hotel. Not far from the old town. We can just walk from the hotel to explore old town. You can park your car into hotel parking building or if you have a tall car like 190 heights, you can just choose parking building next to the hotel. All the staff are very welcome and helpful. Clean room, free wifi.

Great position and facilities…..fresh juice at bar each morning….easy walk to village centre….very close,easy walk to train station.

Slow check in….needed more staff at peak time….had to wait approximately 15-20 minutes to do so….receptionist talked on phone whilst people queued to check in.

+ Very new and clean hotel. + Good breakfast. + The location is perfect: it is just outside of the city center. And with a parking under the hotel. So it was very easy to park (which would be a pain if we'd stay inside the city wall), but still was very close to reach any place in the center.

- It can be a bit loud in the morning if the windows are facing the road.
