Great location and very spacious rooms easily accommodating a family with grown up children. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Parking is only available in the public car park underneath the hotel. At 19 euros per day, it is a little expensive. Since a lift gets you to the reception of the The Grand Hotel, guests of the hotel should be given a special rate for the carpark.

The room was comcortable spacious and very clean.The location is great.Stuff is kind.Breakfast is great.

There is NO parking available. The hotel is misleading the potential visitors by mentioning that the hotel has a parking space.According to "booking" there is a parking available. This is NOT true. You have the option to park your car a local parking space. You have to carry your luggage for 5 min, your car is not secured or supervised by the hotel and the it is also pricey. 18.4euros for 15 hours is not a bargain. If feel totaly deceived and I am asking for a refund!

Location, walking distance to main attractions. Very difficult to park around old town so walking is the best option. Staff was worked tirelessly to help us find a room with good W-FI to work. Paid parking is connect by elevator from the hotel.

Tricky operational heating system, despite instructions. I turned if off but it would turn back in by itself to "auto". Safety: anyone that accesses the garage can come up to the room floors through the elevator. I have been to hotels that had this kind of facility but access to the hotel through elevator had to be done by using the key card. I stopped at front desk before checking in asking information about parking and the person who first talked to me did not mention the elevator. Me and my wife, both of us on our late 60's, had to bring up our luggages through the stairs to the hotel.

編集 Stayed here three nights with very good price(less than 150euro including breakfast was amazing). In front of the bus/train station, it was best for us. Spacious room(correctly rooms. 34m^2!) with both shower and tub was very convenient. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended. + Shower temp and pressure were good. L'occitane shampoo was also nice. Tea and coffee relaxed us. + Living room-bath room, living room-bed room, bed room-bath room, each separate room could be open or close, connected directly by two way was super convenient.

The location was great - right next to the train station, and the hotel was roomy and welcoming. The front office staff were exceptionally friendly and were able to advise on places to eat and things to do. Our room was a good size and overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and convenience of the hotel.

Only a very minor point - the towels were a little old and scratchy, but this is a very small point. Everything else was great.

Fab location, 2 mins from the local train station (and a v short taxi from TGV, too). Easy to walk to all the main sights. Big rooms. And the staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Technically there was aircon in the room, but it barely did anything so on hot days (it was 32 degrees) the room was still boiling. And when the room was made up, I thought it was a shame they didn’t replace water bottles or used teacups.

Everything from a great welcome, a generously sized room with comfortable bed to the rooftop pool area and finally the slightly early breakfast on our last morning. All were brilliant.

The room safe didn't lock and seemed broken. I forgot to mention it as we left, so I guess staff won't know. Also, in spite of keeping windows tightly closed and not having the room serviced, mosquitoes appeared every night.

only problem with car park

The hotel staff was excellent. One of us was not feeling well, and they contacted medical services, which came in less then 20 minutes. The hotel is an easy walk from just outside the city walls into town. It is on a busy streets, but with the double windows, one was not bothered by the trafffic.

While it does have a restaurant for breakfast and room service for the rest of the day, there are not very good restaurants in the immediate area. The cleaniness of the room was fine, but the carpet perhaps could be replaced.

Check in went so smoothly. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was amazing. We had a sitting area separate from the bed area and an extremely spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. The location to the Center, which houses all of the streets of shops and restaurants, as well as the Palais de Papes, was perfect. It is definitely a walking city.

We had an excellent vacation. No complaints.
