Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Air con while we were there in 34 degree heat was very welcomed. The bonus was secure underground parking for our motorbikes. At €8 per night, it was worth it for peace of mind. If you're a group, you would only need one parking space for 4 bikes, 6 in the space near the pillar if you parked strategically.

A kettle and coffee making facilities would be welcome, although I appreciate that there is a 24 hour coffee house on site. This is not always practical if you don't want to leave your room. The shower wasn't great, however it is a personal preference and not necessarily a negative. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again.

We liked the spacious and modern public areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, practical and comfortable and the hotel was only a short walk away from a lovely park and the historic town centre. Free parking on the road was good too.

There was a lot of choice at breakfast with good quality items. Unfortunately, the hot options weren't replenished though.

Room was fine and the air conditioning was a relief in the very hot weather we were having when we stayed. Breakfast was good and there was good variety on the buffet which was topped up throughout the morning. Car park was brilliant and I’m glad we booked it.

Vitré is a small traditional French town and restaurants and shops close on a Sunday and Monday so it was hard to find somewhere to eat on both the nights we stayed.

Room was comfortable. Bike racks were available to store our bicycles in the secure underground car park. Breakfast was decent enough, with plenty of choice.

There was a bit of a pungent smell coming from the shower plughole - not sure if this was a plumbing issue or due to inadequate cleaning.

Situated close to city center. And beautiful, large park in the opposite direction .. only 200 feet away.

Wifi not cooperative in the beginning. Had to have staff work it out. Still a little bothersome throughout stay.

Secure on site parking a great relief for motorcycles. Reasonably central. Room cool and quiet despite being on the street side.

All good except breakfast staff slow and inattentive on occasion.

Stayed here for 1 night was on a touring holiday, good location for town centre. The staff were helpful & recommended a really nice restaurant for our evening meal. Worth paying for the parking to know that our motorcycle was safe.

Nothing, it was everything you expect from an Ibis and ideal for our purposes

Comfortable, perfectly situated hotel, clean, quiet, free parking spaces in the street outside the hotel, there is indoor parking on the premises but we didn’t try it, good breakfast, polite staff. The usual very satisfactory and affordable Ibis experience.

Loved the location, very central in the town, within a short walk of everything everything. Room was clean and quite well equipped. nice shower room. nice building, very attractive communal area.

The key cards did not always work which was a hassle! I hope this has been fixed.
