Just passing through France and needed a stop. Small, no frills room with everything you need and that’s it. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast with eggs and bacon and very fresh bread and croissants.

The self check-in is a little tricky when doing it for the first time. I at the end they give your room number and a code. Press the button to see the code and then take a picture of it so you can easily find it. They send it to you by email or on booking but if you take a picture you have it for sure. Not a bad system, just different.

Self check in was very easy and hassle free as we arrived after reception desk closed. As we arrived very late the restaurants nearby were closed but there was a microwave near reception and microwaveable meals available from the vending machine and beggers can't be choosers!

My partners only comment was that he would have liked an extra pillow, we both had one each and I'm sure we would have been able to ask for one had we not arrived so late.

The guy on duty wasn’t exactly polite or cheetful - I suppose overworked at breakfast. Not especially cheap compared to ibis or similar

Convenient location on the outside of the city, easy to access by car with free parking, in a quiet industrial area, although to our surprise with some restaurants and activity centres for a night of bowling or billard pool.

The unmanned check in was interesting but the guy on the end of the phone was helpful and we managed to get access to the four bedrooms I'd booked. The breakfast was good and the room clean and comfortable with A/C.

Slightly clearer instructions on how to operate the screen when you first arrive and the check in desk is unmanned.

We liked breakfast - not a big variety, but it was just everything you need: omlette+bacon, several tasty French pastries, cheese, fruits, tea/coffee. The hotel is located next to an area with big shops and we found two restaurants within walking distance from the hotel - it was quite nice in the evening. Also, since we were traveling with a dog, we found it very luckely that there was a huge field of grass where our dog could enjoy freedom after a long trip.

Wi-Fi was very slow and practically not usable.

Ideal no frills stopover hotel. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast and food and drink machines available 24/7. Also microwave by vending machine for hot meal purchases.

Would have preferred kettle in room to make drink rather than use vending machine but not big issue overall

Clean, comfortable, dog friendly. Good location as stopover when travelling across from Brittany to Calais. Leafy suburb good for walking the dog from the hotel.

I arrived when the front desk was manned but it wasn’t clear from any communication that I received beforehand what room number I would be using. So I wasn’t sure how the code access would work if I arrived outside of the hours the desk is manned.

Convenient location for overnight stay on a long journey. Easy to check in, clean rooms. Breakfast is reasonable, buffet type- no frills but they have everything and fresh. They also welcome dogs which was important to us.

Windows only opened one way, that being on the ground floor was not a great option.

The gentleman at the front desk on arrival was incredibly helpful and friendly. He couldn’t have done anymore to help us when we arrived tired and hungry. First class service - thank you so much we really appreciated it.

Nothing - it is a perfect overnight stay, super clean, tidy and the greeting and help on arrival was better than some we have had at a 5 star hotel.
