Great location. Comfortable. Very good personnel at front desk. Extremely helpful whether it was general info, holding luggage, or making early morning taxi reservations

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Good wifi. Convenient to ferry.

Neighborhood is unattractive. Not sure whether it is unsafe at night, but felt kind of scary.

I live in Moorea. Having an early appointment in town, it was safer for me to spend the night in town and not taking a chance of missing my appointment beecause of a boat problem.

The area surrounding the hotel is dangerous at night.

We arrived in Papeete at ~2:30 in the morning on a flight from New Zealand. There was staff ready to check us in and get to our room. AC was on and the room cool (very welcome since it was still quite humid at that hour). Since we checked in so late, they allowed us a slightly later check out without our charging us. The location is relatively close to the Ferry terminal and a bank ATM.

We were not there long enough to experience much of the hotel – no negatives.

No idea why this place gets such a low score - we stayed for six days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a large, comfortable, quiet room with good A/C and a large, comfortable bed. We did quite a bit of work, and the WiFi was fast and very consistent throughout our stay. The immediate neighbourhood is not picturesque at all - it's a mix of residential and light industrial buildings - but it felt very safe, and there's a great coffee shop around the corner for breakfast and lunch ("Coffee Shop Tahiti"). Spacious free private parking both beside and underneath the hotel, and it's within easy walking distance of the town centre. Staff were friendly. Overall, an excellent city hotel to stay in, and we'd definitely come back.

Insufficient lighting in the room. The WiFi setup was a little annoying - you have to enter your login details again each time you open your laptop or pick up your phone. Lack of flexibility on checkout time - they wouldn't let us check out one hour later, even though the place seemed far from full.

It’s close to the centre of town so we could walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom. The bed sheets are beautifully clean & crisp. A simple breakfast is available at a reasonable cost. There is a night porter so you can check in at anytime day or night.

This is our 4th stay here & the only time we found the bed uncomfortable. On our other stays the beds were excellent; this time it sagged in the middle so we rolled together a bit. The room would benefit from a few downlights in the ceiling as well. Everything else was fine.

Great location to be near the ferry, as well as close walking distance to the Market. Loved walking along the entire pier area. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast set you up for the day. Rooms air conditioned which was fantastic, Would definitely stay again.

Amazing price for the location, great sized room with very comfortable bed. 5min walk from the ferry dock in Papeete, perfect for an overnight stay before heading to Mo’orea. Don’t expect a luxury resort, the hotel is more for convenience. Nearby food trucks were amazing. Staff was helpful and so friendly. Would come again!

We were there a Saturday night and there were people partying in the upper levels, we heard music u til about midnight but it wasn’t a big bother.

Exactly what it says it will be. A budget-friendly, functional space, near downtown Papeete. Air conditioning worked, elevators worked, room was sizeable and as a bonus, had a beautiful view. I didn't get to have breakfast due to my early flight, but they were very helpful in calling a taxi and having it ready there exactly when I needed.

A bit far from downtown (15-20 minute walk) but perfectly doable. Some older amenities, but again, this is not a big deal. It's a functional and budget friendly hotel in a good location.

The staff were exceptional. They stored our luggage before and after check-in/out, offered us a big umbrella as we headed out into a torrential downpour, and even asked if we would like to hang out in the lobby and use their wifi (for hours) while we waited for our airport departure time. As it happens we managed to be in Tahiti on November 1, a national holiday. Everything was closed except for one restaurant, which was also a micro-brewery. Luckily it was a good restaurant with a covered patio. The location was good, downtown but quiet, a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal, a 10 minute walk back to the ferries to Moorea and beyond. It was near the Tahiti Market (which was closed due to the holiday sadly).There is a "restaurant" next door that opens for dinner most nights. It's a food truck of sorts, with seating in a covered location. Portions were large and tasty. I recommend this hotel.

The internet worked well in the lobby, but was spotty in our room. The hotel has its name on the front, but not the side, so it was tricky to find initially. A good stay at a good property. 👍
