Size of the unit called Tea was great for 3, bed sizes are King & Californian King - perfect for our group of Father & two daughters (my sister & I shared the largest bed). Aircon is fantastic. We used the pool at least twice a day every day we were there. Location is great & although central is really quiet & is walking distance to town,port & food trucks. Hosts are extremely knowledgeable & helpful with everything from collecting you from airport to taking you on day trips, helping with ferry tickets, providing a cooler bag & ice, recommending cafe Moko to storing excess luggage when went checked out to go to Moorea.

Hosts are exceptional -5 stars for their help & availability. Swimming Pool was fantastic & very clean. Location was great for ease of walking to town, food & port & although central was very quiet from road noise. Our accomodation in Room Tea with 2 extra large beds (king & superking size) was big enough for our group of 3, this is the last room to be refurbished & although older was perfect for our needs. The air con was superb. This was a perfect base to spend 3 days exploring the town, market’s, waterfall, beaches and food trucks either side of our 4 night stay on Moorea

Nothing..although a bigger fridge & 4 pillows on each bed would be great.

Overall was a very friendly experience. We arrived later than planned but the friendly staff saw us to our rooms. We also found the staff for our rental vehicle very helpful, pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet space in the centre if town.

Maybe a list of eating facilities close by. We found a nice Chinese restaurant across the road was a bonus find. There is also a well stocked gas station close by for little items.

The location is excellent. It is central and near shops and restaurants and bus stations. It's 10 minutes walk to the sea front. Though it is central, the apartments are located in a quiet spot away from the main road and you have a terrace facing the garden and swimming pool. The owner is on the premises and the office is open during the day for raising issues and organising transfers. A microwave enables you to cater for yourself and there are two food stores 2 minutes walk away. The staff are helpful and friendly. I am particularly grateful to Vaihere (?) who repaired my suitcase and drove me to the airport when my transfer driver did not turn up.

The maintenance of the rooms could be better e.g loose curtain poles.

Arrived at 03.30 am. Good instructions given for us to find the room. Quiet and not disturbed. Inviting swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff . Helped with booking a car and the ferry to and from Moorea. Returning the car was effortless. All the staff really wonderful. Recommend for a short stay or longer if needed to be in walking distance of the town . Exactly what was needed.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way for their guests. The rooms are old but adequate and comfortable. The swimming pool was a real plus as was the small patio where we ate carry out dinner.

Unfortunately the dishes provided were not clean. The place is old but otherwise well-maintained. Facilities were as to be expected from an aging establishment. All in all the value vs quality was excellent and we would go again (we actually did stay here at two different times during our trip).

Comfortable beds. Lots of beautiful birds in the yard. Good air conditioning. Helpful staff who went out of their way to watch our bags then get them back to us while on lunch break. Very convenient location.

Roosters crow all night long and the sound proofing could be better. No longer offer transfers. Could not figure out how to lock the door.

I did not ask for a quite room, we loved the location, was located in behind a service station and small small supermarket, sounds busy but down the lane and into our area was great, we could walk all around town, bars, market, shopping, museums, everywhere. Great clean pool for a dip, and best bed I have slept in ... including my own. As in the islands there is island day to day life, your up early, roosters, dogs barking, weed eaters (grass cutters) always on the go. Loved the place we stayed 2 nights on arrival and came back for our last night before flying out, we hired our car from here also onsite. We only had a bed and shower/toilet area, fridge and microwave, plates and glasses etc, table and chairs outside lovely area. Would totally say great place to stay if your not into flash but clean.

For the cost of our accommodation I thought it was great value for money, I liked everything about the place, great staff, fantastic pool, airport transfers, walk around town, great beds, good shower, clean nothing not to like, apart from dogs barking but you will get that everywhere here hehe.

The room and the overall property were clean and well cared for. The queen size bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The room has a private bathroom, a microwave, refrigerator, and a few plates, cups, utensils , etc. Preparing simple meals and eating on location was convenient and cost effective. A food market was very close to the property. The market had a large and healthy selection of food items. The property is a short distance from the airport and within walking distance to the cruise and ferry terminals. The owners provide a transfer service for their guests to transport them to and from the airport and other nearby locations. We really enjoyed talking with the owners. They are very nice people. My wife and I learned much about the island culture from them.

Location was good, close to market, main bus stop, ferry to Moorea. Owner (Ethelle) and staff were super nice and helpful. It was great to have a driver available when needed for a reasonable price. Pool was nice, it can be pretty hot in Papeete.

We got the smallest room (did not know at time of booking) so I recommend trying to get one of the bigger ones. More hangers would be nice (there were only 3) or suggest that people bring some with them, I would not have minded doing that had I known. An actual door for the bathroom/shower please.
