Nice location in Gudauri near the main road. Breakfast was huge and tasty with fresh bread/croissants! The staff was also very friendly.

Rooms looked not so new anymore, there were minor problems (e.g. water dripping out of the toilet bowl on the floor) and the toilet bowlwas not 100% clean when we arrived.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Deka! Delicious breakfasts, spacious and clean room, and a surprise - the ski lift was even closer than expected. Tasty and affordable dinner options in the hotel. Convenient storage for gear. A cool sauna for an extra fee. Big shoutout to the super-friendly hosts – highly recommend!

The staff were friendly. Good breakfast spread, amazing location with good views of snow peaked mountains and it's a beautiful property, clean and tidy and very esthetically done.

There's nothing that I didn't like at Hotel Deka. This gets 10/10 from me.

A simple but beautiful clean place in the middle of a very beautiful surroundings. Nice friendly staff and comforting environment.

It is probably getting unusually hot for what this place is used to. They are not particularly prepared for this. There are no air conditioners or fans. It was a bit hotter than what we would have preferred.

Hotel Deka is amazing value for money and situated a 200 metre walk up a small hill to the lower Gudauri ski lift. The hotel is family run and they are all extremely helpful and Luka speaks excellent English, provided me a WhatsApp contact number and was able to answer all local questions. Breakfast was basic but adequate with a limited hot option of sausage, egg and other local options which changed daily plus cold meats, cheese and bread etc! coffee was great as well as a daily sweet pastry choice! I had dinner on one evening which again was basic but very pleasant with a soup, main and desert option! overall a really good basic hotel with a very welcoming team.

the hotel is fairly remote and does require a 5 to 10 minute walk to the limited local shops and restaurants. New Gudauri is a taxi ride away for about £5.

Superb location and gret property...feels like my home.

The only problem is that I have to climb two floors with all my luggage. But staff were very helpful and they are egarly help you with ur luggage etc.

Luca and the whole family was very very helpful and always available. Location is great (except the uphill walk, a hotel-ski-lift would be super:). We got a really good price for picking us up and also taking us back to the airport by hotel staff. Breakfast was superb and always changing. We will come back here.

Neighbours and other hotel guests were very loud and the house is built around a centrall hall, so all doors look at the same space not providing any sound seperation. Walls were actually quite thick and soundproof. The 5-10 min walk to the ski lift was always a challange after a good breakfast, and its uphill so count that in.

It was all in all a good experience. The place, albeit a hotel, gave off a homey feeling. The staff were all welcoming and easy to approach. Unlike previous hotels we booked at, the staff can speak fluent English. They were kind enough to offer their fireplace nook for me and my friends to have a relaxing time. It's unfortunate that we only stayed for two nights. They have a sauna, too, if you fancy that. Their balcony is my favorite spot as I can just spend time there looking at the snow falling and pass the hours by.

The hotel, the interior, the staff, the rooms, bathrooms. It is super clean, and they gave us a very generous breakfast with many options for everyone

Nothing to complain about

Everything was at high level. Everyday cleaning, silence, tasty food, helpful staff. Kid friendly attitude!
