Amazing location, very clean and family friendly environment. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting activities and facilities such as the swimming pool and spa were fantastic.

The tv channels…the room allocated had no Cartoons in English and very little selection. The front office manager and tech staff were amazing in trying to find a solution to make it bearable I must say. Breakfast selection can be improved.

My Daughter was sick and vomiting and we didn't any medical services or facilities and we are very sad and missed many entertainment. They should have doctor or male /female nurse to attend emergency cases. unfortunately there is no medical shop or clinic available for minor treatment. Marcopolo being such big hotel it should maintain the male nurse or female nurse to meet such small emergency needs

The hotel was good. After reading the reviews we were frightened to stay there, but in reality it was ok. Definitely overpriced, but I am afraid this is one of the best option in Gudauri. Breakfast was good, there are a lot of options for different type of diet. Staff did their best and helped with all our questions.

Cleanliness wasn't good enough. The bed change hasn't been done during our stay. Wifi hardly works in the rooms, so we used the local mobile provider.

1) The location - bang on the chair ski lift "Pirelli" lower station.. makes accessing the other chaur lifts and cabin car to Kobi very accessible 2) I stayed in King room - comfortable room. Mattress was very soft though 3) The facilities were great - indoor swimming pool, outdoor heated pool (it's a pool, not jacuzzi), steam, sauna are complimentary They also have a huge entertainment centre - bowling, billiards, playstation, table tennis, lawn tennis and paddle courts - which can be booked per hour and chargeable 4) The restaurant staff is warm and helped arrange a candle light dinner for my husband and myself.. also our room was decorated as per request

1) Room toiletries could be better - We received from brand "Reiff" and everything was a stark bright green so we refrained from using 2) Vegetarian breakfast options were limited- also dinner no customised meals can be prepared only you can get veggies added to a cheese pizza of agle olio pasta 3) No bidet in toilet - expected from a 4 star property

The property was very nice, with a great location and very easy access to the ski lift and ski depot, which was right within the hotel. The room was very spacious with an amazing view towards the Kazbegi mountains. For families, there is a great kids room with professional staff from 10:00-18:00 to take care of the children. The spa with its staff was also very nice and relaxing.

The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the amount of guests and had trouble managing the orders and seemed quite stressed at times.
