Dinner, not many choices, very slow service, although the staff was doings their best.

The hotel was good. After reading the reviews we were frightened to stay there, but in reality it was ok. Definitely overpriced, but I am afraid this is one of the best option in Gudauri. Breakfast was good, there are a lot of options for different type of diet. Staff did their best and helped with all our questions.

Cleanliness wasn't good enough. The bed change hasn't been done during our stay. Wifi hardly works in the rooms, so we used the local mobile provider.

this is our second time staying. great location for skiing. able to ski right out the back door. ski rental on site and they were super. The employee who handled the access to the lockers was great and appreciate his help day in and day out. lots of fun activities for the kids and adults after skiing. great breakfast. very nice bar staff and Tamara the manager was wonderful.

the dinner service was poor. the food was great but the staff was not very attentive. ended up going to dinner elsewhere after consecutive nights of poor service.

The hotel was excellent. Tamar the general manager was very responsive to all of our questions and needs, ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. The restaurant has delicious food at a reasonable price. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our children really took to Anni who was excellent with them. Facilities were nice including the spa and pool.

The location was a little difficult for beginner skiers to get up to the ski trails. For intermediate skiers, the hotel has ski in and out facilities (snow permitting) but the slope is too challenging a new skier to navigate.

The Restaurant

Hotel was great in mamy ways: Ski in, ski out just by the lift, modern, good rooms, great breakfast.

The dinner restaurant was underataffed and often forgot to serve all meals on our order. We rented our ski equipment from the shop in the horel, and one pair of skis were stolen from us. We ended up having to pay GEL400 extra to recover the loss.

Friendly staff. specially the manager in the reception so helpful and kindly to us.the hotel Near to activity skiing place and cable car . The room has beautiful veiw. The room is let you feel warm and cozy even though outside is super cold. The spa is really nice from Georgia signature must to experience specially after you sking it's very helpful for the fatigue body.there is ATM inside hotel very convince.so We spent super nice days in the Marco polo hotel

The cleaning staff whenever they work in the customer room should be more professional to make the room tidy and arrangeble.

so many good things to say about staying this hotel. we received very warm welcome from the staff and greeted personally by Hotel Manager (Ms.Tako). room its clean, comfortable and with a great ski mountain view. we had dinner twice in a row in the Hotel as we found Shkmeruli its really good. ski rental its inside the hotel building with locker provided. access to the ski left just behind the hotel. its the best location i will say in Gudauri. i have been to many ski resorts around the world, so far i’ve found Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri its has amazing service, facilities and cheaper than other part of the world. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Tako and her team for taking care of us really well.
