Breakfast was really good, Staffs are really good and helpful in arranging the cab and other requests. A good stay for the family will look forward for next year for the visit.

Room Service should have been for moving the luggage during the check in and check out. Safe Locker is not working in the room and they didnt fix it on my whole stay.

Breakfast included variety of dishes. No traffic to get food. Nice. Everything was under control by hotel’s staff including shuttle to the lift at no cost. No issues. Great help in renting ski equipment. Transport came to the hotel, brought to rent place and return at no cost. I do recommend to rent equipment from Alex. Hotel works with him, he is the best in Gudauri , a professional ski sportsman and nice person. All staff speak good English. Owner always in the hotel and looking after service and guests. Hotel has medical kit in case if any first aid help is needed. Very well arranged place for guests to enjoy. There are always two restaurants opened in the hotel, one on ground floor includes wines from local winery. Nice

Wish they had more options for breakfast

Location is very good, view is ok ( either street or mountain), breakfast is very good ( variety and taste) but it’s ending by 10 ( so early). Big free parking in-front of the hotel with sitting area. The both girls on reception are superb; Natta and Teona ( hope said the spilling correctly) they are very friendly, helpful. Service is amazing, they get to your request.

Breakfast up to 10 only. No AC, weather is good but no net on the balcony so insects can come in.

Me and my partner came to Georgia for the first time and this was a great first skiing holiday for us as a couple. Pkiria and Teona helped us immensely with recommendations, finding ski gear, reservations for the sauna and massages, taxis and helped with taking out ski gear back to the rental shop. We loved their eagerness to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a very early check out so they even made us lunch boxes because we were going on a long drive to Kutaisi. Thank you very much for your kindness and willingness to have the most pleasant memory of Best Western and Gudauri. Thank you Maia for our relaxing massages! Unfortunately the sauna broke so we couldn't make the most of it on our last days but we were happy with our stay anyway because the hotel staff was kind and helpful, as much as they could.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant's Indian Food was amazing. Great value for money, considering its proximity to the ski resort. The hotel overall was also modern and well maintained.

The location means that it's hard to walk to any businesses and their shuttle ends at 5:30pm so you really need to stock up in Gudauri village before 5:30pm and have dinner at the hotel restaurant or take a Bolt (30 GEL) home. There can be a slight wait for the shuttle to the ski resort in the morning as well, particularly if you're leaving at peak times. Overall, I was grateful that they had the shuttle though and had no serious issues with it.

Cosiness and hospitality, especially of the restaurant(open until 22:30).Variety of tasty options at breakfast was a pleasant bonus(only downside was an absence of brewed coffee,but you can order it from the bar as extra). Also proximity to the pists with included 5 minute transfer (kindly ask reception/driver for a lift to new Gudauri,it might take longer at busy time 10AM).Sauna/roof top hot bath tube could be booked for your convenience (make sure to do it day before).Ski storage is also available. Hotel arranged a transfer from/to international airport at reasonable price with a reliable driver.

In general good option for paid money.However there are several improvement opportunities: -room was not soundproof, we've heard neighbours talking (bring along earplugs) and noise from common corridor -in-room fridge was out of service,no electrical cable -we were lucky to have windows at backyard,as front is towards the heavily busy road loaded with trucks.
