Rooms were quite small compared to what we saw on booking.com, but the hotel staff ensured we were very comfortable.

We were greeted with great enthusiasm and an honest desire to serve our needs. All hotel staff were helpful, whenever we approached them. The room was spacious, and had a sublime view over the valley of Gudauri. The restaurant was truly one of the best we've tried in the town. The breakfast was plentiful, and tasty, and the dinner menu was also prepared excellently, featuring the most common Georgian dishes. Having a sauna and spa is a great addition to the facilities!

There was a distinct smell of sewage in the room at some periods. We also saw that some of the construction quality was lacking (leaky bidet, flickering light in the bathroom, no lighting for the wardrobes), but overall, these did not affect our stay too much. The ski rental place suggested by the receptionist was at the very far end of the town, and had a very limited selection of skis and snowboards. Eventually, we had to go to another place.

This is the first time, I intentionally rate any hotel because I was amazed by everything, and the team has done an exceptional job, of making this place feel like home. They are incredibly generous, friendly, and welcoming. The best part of my stay was definitely the food, especially the breakfast. Having traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say they offer the best breakfast I've ever had. Lunch was served promptly, and the taste surpassed all my expectations.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations

The room is huge , modern, the view is amazing , very good hot shower, very good wifi , simple but nice breakfast, everything looks and taste fresh. Sauna and swimming pool free of charge. Small car parking but we had no problem during our staying in. Some people complained about noise but I had a very quiet room.

You need a car, it’s not far from the lift but the restaurants, supermarkets, clubs/bar are far, I don’t recommend walking on the motorway.

The location of the hotel was great, it was away from the city centre and this made the amazing view which we had from our room so much more beautiful. I would definity visit the hotel in summer to experience the beautiful mountains and to see what the snow was hiding. This is definitly a yearly holiday hotel which we would happily visit. The staff were super friendly and always greated us with a smile and always went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. The breakfast was an asortment of fresh fruit and freshly made daily, lunch and dinner is at your own cost but with the amazing view from the restuarant it was worth every penny spent.

the hotel was new, and looks great. the room were big with amazing view, and was amazing for a family of 5 people. 2 connected rooms. The restaurant was also amazing, and the sauna and pool was a bonus for us.

the maintenance of the hotel lacks few things: door knobs fall of the door, wasn't hot water, people smoking on the premises of the hotel. I assume that because it was summer, than the hotel was on low maintenance, as their high season is the winter. However it wasn't something that reduced the fun we had there

We loved everything: the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and there are a swimming pool and yoga room! Everything was great, and the view is spectacular.

It was a bit cold in the room at night, so maybe a little more heating won't hurt. The hotel is a bit far from New Gudauri where all the restaurants are, but the chairlift is close, so there are not much to worry about

Location, restaurant, tasty food, views, access to all the balconies, friendly stuff, silence at night (many people wrote that hotel too close to the road and it’s too noisy, but it was absolutely quiet at night), pool with Mountain View, sauna (you can jump between balcony with minus temperature in winter, pool and sauna), also yoga studio ( I used as a gym)

Nothing to mention. Rooms are indeed not too big, but view and balcony compensate everything. All was perfect. If you want to go sauna in the morning make sure it’s on in advance. ;)

We booked 4 nights with 2 kids one week before arrival. Reviews for this hotel varied a lot but we decided to book it anyway. Globally we enjoyed the stay despite some drawbacks but hey, it's a matter of managing expectations. Gudauri station is still in development, you need to accept some unconveniences due to lack of local facilities. Hotel staff is very nice and does its best to help and guide you (transfer to slopes, help with luggage). Food in hotel restaurant was surprisingly very good so there was no need to go out in the evening looking for a place to eat. Swimming pool (main reason for choice with kids) is big enough, heated and has a great view. Sauna is a great place to relax after a day of ski. Ski pass and rental rates are cheap, snow is great. Mountain view is stunning! So if you are in a right positive mood, really go for it. Some people mention noise from the road, we heard nothing from where we were.

There is indeed a smell in bathroom in one of the two rooms of our family suite but we did not stay in the room long enough to suffer. Hotel is aware of it but there is nothing they can do, it's linked to local infrastructure issues. There is no elevator but we were helped with luggage.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice chic interior, surely made with a lot of taste. The restaurant has a good selection of both international and local cuisine. The highlight was Niko, the restaurant manager, the bartender, the server... an all in all kind of a guy, and most importantly, he makes amazing cocktails 🍸...

No lift.. this is a big downer in the property. When we checked in, we had a person to carry our luggage down. But while checking out, we had to carry our big suitcases up 2 floors as he was on leave. No room service. You have to go to the restaurant and order and pick up your food.
