This hotel and personal exceeded all my expectations. I never in my life I have been in such a cozy an amazing hotel in my life. The location, the fireplace, the cozy rooms with mountain views that literally made you feel you are in a movie. You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10metres from you to access to the ski slopes. All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream. I am a very well travelled person, I was in France and Switzerland skiing and never I have been in a hotel like Alpina. Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable. She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever. I highly recommend this hotel because is very difficult to find a better place to stay in New Gudauri.

Absolutely NOTHING

Nina was amazing, from answering all our inquiries even before we arrived to catering to our requests during our stay. Super helpful and welcoming! As for the location, the view is amazing, however, for beginners like me, you need to travel by car about 5min to reach the ski lifts. The hotel rooms are okay but in our 5 days stay, nobody came to clean, though we probably should inform reception to request, not really sure how it work. Food is okay, loved the spring rolls and sausages but I wish they were kept warm. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again if we go back to Gudauri.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and offered a stunning view of the mountains. A perfect place to relax. 👌🏼🧘🏽‍♀️The food was delicious and full of flavor, making every meal a real treat.👌🏼 What truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team. Every staff member I met was warm, positive and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made me feel completely at home.🥰 Another big plus: the hotel is very close to the ski resort, which makes it a perfect choice for winter as well. Great location, the hotel had a huge space for hanging out with friends and family, great gaming room/facilities. We had a great time, it's unusual for a hotel to have this much space for hanging out. The room had a lot of sockets, and they were designed in a most comfortable way - the very first impression: someone took their time to think about sockets - u don't see this in a lot of hotels (new or old). Overall the rooms and food were great. We had a great time, especially since it snowed and we could enjoy skiing

This hotel had no bidet. Most of the hotels in Georgia don't have it..but the bidet would have been a great surprise

I've stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was really a great experience. The place is very quiet and the view of the Caucasus mountains from the room's balcony is magical and beautiful. Mr. Gocha in the reception totally helped me a lot so I felt very comfortable during my stay. Chef Kakha cooks very delicious food, especially the pancakes 😋 and the breakfast served with varied dishes . Nika in the restaurant was cheerful and ready to help you with anything. Thank you guys for your kindness and hospitality, I am sure I will come back one day.

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025 and believe me the location is superb.. just 10mins drive from Gudauri Panaromic viewpoint (where you can do parasliding as well) The hotel was fully booked when we visited. The reception staff (Mr. Gocha) was very quick with check-in time. and kind person to assist us with all little things. The breakfast was buffet for 1st day and for 2nd day the hotel staff (Mr. Nika) got us special breakfast. The hotel have facilitues such as shisha, hard drinks (alcohol, wine, etc.), snooker, billiard, table tennis. The hotel also have a wonderful open terrace with unobstructed views of amazing and mesmerizing mountains. Dinner is superb as well. There were indian and arabic resturant options just 100meter walk away and many more at a quick drive. Overall, the stay was superb and exceeded our hospitality experience. Highly recommend to stay at Hotel Alpine Gudauri.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved my weekend at Alpina and would recommend it to anyone planning for a ski trip in winter, family holiday or couples getaway all year round. Located near the ski slopes and easily accessed from the main road, the hotel itself has everything to ensure comfortable stay. All common spaces are thoughtfully arranged, there's a large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view, the dining hall is large and cozy and there is even a designated working area behind the lobby. There's also a spacious play area in the attic with table tennis, pool tables and lots of games. The rooms are great, everything is fresh and clean, I slept like a child and the balcony was just a delight in the morning. Breakfast was delicious - all meals were. The staff is exceptional all round, but Keti in the reception was so so lovely and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Alpina in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect — close to the slopes and with stunning mountain views. It made getting around so easy and added so much to the overall experience. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared — it truly exceeded my expectations. After a long day outdoors, it was such a pleasure to enjoy such great cuisine right at the hotel. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Alpina hotel to anyone visiting Gudauri, and I can’t wait to return!

This hotel is incredibly cozy, with beautiful mountain views, absolute cleanliness, and the sweetest staff who are always ready to help with anything you need. It’s multifunctional, featuring an outdoor dining area, an indoor restaurant with rarely delicious dishes, and playgrounds for both adults and kids. There’s tennis, board games, billiards, chess, cards, backgammon, basically something for everyone. The rooms have stunning views and plenty of space. I’d particularly highlight the breakfast and the overall quality of the kitchen. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves skiing, and also in the summer, it’s perfect for anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway, whether with friends, alone, or with family.

you offered the room with joined beds to the couple, despite the fact the room with double bed was booked. Simultaneously, you offered the room with a double bed to a single traveler. Not a critical but made me sad
