Fantastic location. Put on and take off skis litterally off the slopes. 2 min away from chair lift. Great infrastructure. Simple rooms buy clean. Awesome breakfast. Staff very courteous and sympathetic, especially Chloe at th restaurant, but all were nice. I really appreciated the pasteied on the day of departure prior to actual opening of yhe restaurant for the kids - thanks!

Loud music sometimes at the restaurant, not adequate for toung kids. Food at restaurant is good but quite pricy.

What I liked: - stylish interior - the design is very unusual; - the location - just in the middle of the slope (however, keep in mind that in the lack of snow it would be difficult to get to nd from it), very quiet area, however, with several restaurants, ski rentals, kids school; - spa zone with open pool overlooking the mountins, sauna with view. What I didn't like: - absolutely terrible light in the room - no place for make up, only dim light in the bathroom; - the materials are not of top quality: shower is leaking, everything looks not reliable - lockers are without dryers, so I had to keep my boots in the room - breakfast. There is enough food, but it is the same every day, potatoes and pasta is quite weird for breakfast, no pancakes or syrniks

I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to all the major attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests is truly commendable. I highly recommend Gudauri Loft Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will be returning on my next visit to Gudauri. while my experience was overall wonderful, there are a few areas that could enhance the stay even further. The Hotel Manager (Beka) was showing interest in listening and considering feedback. I have suggested a few additional amenities (such as a cigar lounge, marketplace, or vending machine inside or near the hotel). Despite these minor suggestions, my stay was truly enjoyable, and the exceptional service provided by the staff made it a memorable experience.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and cozy the location on the slopes is very good too. You can rent skis directly from there but I don’t recommend u do. There are better rental places available when you go down. The hotel is very nice for couples or adults but it isn’t the best choice for a family with small children. They don’t have any daycare or play room for children. The ski equipment place gave us the wrong sizes for our child + took multiple takes to get proper equipment for all of us. The staff there were very rude and a bit racist too except for one guy who eventually helped us. There’s a ski school for kids called snow lab there. they’re very good but a bit overpriced. Overall it was a good stay but not having daycare was disappointing for us.

We loved the breakfast buffet; they had a big variety of food options, and it was very good quality. The location is amazing, literally right next to the slope and close to the bottom cable and ticket booth. The staff was very polite. Room was clean and water was replenished daily, which we appreciated.

Even though they have an amazing, heated pool on the roof with great views, we did not enjoy the pool experience since there was kids screaming and jumping. We think this pool has a romantic setting for couples and should be an adult only pool from a specific time.

The room was clean, and the breakfast had a lot of options. The location is ski in ski out. In the evening the restaurant in the hotel served good food too.

The spa was a bit disappointing, the water in the pool was not warm, and there was no jacuzzi or something with hot water. The sauna was good. There is so much to do outside of the hotel, no restaurants or bars, so if it is important to you, you need to take a taxi (25-30 gel) to new Gudauri

- hotel is beautifully decorated and super warm and cozy. Nice design everywhere - amazing location, the best for skiing (ski in ski out from the 1st floor of hotel) - tasty and various breakfast - helpful and accommodating staff at the reception. One of them gave her personal hair dryer because the one in the room didn’t work. Whoever you are, thank you - hotel itself is super clean literally everywhere. As a stewardess I basically live in hotels and I know a clean hotel when I see one. Housekeeping ladies left us water outside even with DND sign on <3. Huge thank you for that - balcony and view from the rooms are nice - rooms are super warm and cozy. Towel heater and radiator in the room do the job. - clean soft towels and bedding. Yes, not all the hotels have that :) - sauna was great - good water pressure and temperature - no mold in the bathroom.

- restaurant staff makes you feel like you came to eat at their house at their expense. Guys were mostly nice, ladies always had attitude for no reason - water in spa. Pool and jacuzzi water was disgusting. You could see hair and pieces of skin floating around, because it was always fool of people. There is only 1 jacuzzi outside and 5-6 people would go inside at the same time and even queue outside waiting for their turn. There was supposed to be nice view outside of spa but windows are always foggy and you can’t see anything. - hair dryer in the room didn’t work

Excellent property located immediately on the skiing slope Pirveli. Guests can literally enter the hotel on ski or snowbord immediatelly from the slope. Fantastic access to skiing infrastructure. Lockers are provided to store the equipment. Ski Rental location is at the parking. Excellent spa with outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swiming pool. Overall good brekfast and good food quality in the restaraunt.

Breakfast starts late.(8 am) Sides as mashed potato or buckwheat are cold during brekfast. Room service orders delivered by default in take away boxes without plates, spoons, forks and knives...it would be great to deliver all together without reminders.

It is one of the best ski resorts in gudauri, everything was above average which worth the value, the location is amazing for ski as you are almost inside of the slope, hotel ski rent is the best in whole gudauri with new and professional ski stuff, view of the room, cleanness and spa, massage, steam, pool with view and outside jacuzzi was really nice, in general everything was beyond my expectation, thank you gudauri loft for such memorable stay

The location is a bit far from new gudauri which is almost center of the gudauri for baar and resturant and... so for each way you have to pay 10$ to go to new gudauri and comeback, but for ski location and facilities are very good

Our stay at Gudauri Loft Hotel was simply perfect! The hotel’s spa is incredibly relaxing, with high-quality facilities that made the experience enjoyable and refreshing. The breakfast was excellent, offering a rich and varied selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff was outstanding—kind, attentive, and always welcoming with a smile. Definitely a highly recommended place for a vacation in Gudauri!
