The suite room on top floor was having good views of mountain

The lady in the breakfast and buffet area is EXTREMELY RUDE not only with us but also with other inmates. We complained to the reception but apparently they do not have any control over her Another aspect I didn’t like was the breakfast. There is hardly anything for the vegetarians to eat, Evan the breads were not toasted

We had a fantastic experience at Gudauri Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the location, the staff, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel is ideally situated, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. It’s close to the ski lifts yet away from the crowds, offering both convenience and tranquillity. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and cosy, with a balcony overlooking the snowy peaks — magical to wake up to. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with ski rentals and transportation and even gave local recommendations. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was excellent — a great variety of both local and international dishes, always fresh and tasty. The in-house restaurant also served delicious meals in the evening, making it easy to relax after a long day outdoors. Additional perks, such as the ski storage room, a warm lounge area with a fireplace, and an efficient check-in and check-out process, made our stay even more comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was also a highlight—very tasty with plenty of options to choose from. Whether you prefer something light or a full meal, there was something for everyone. I especially want to mention the reception worker, Kristine. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, she made sure everything went smoothly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Kristine for making my stay even better!

A good spacious room with a view of the snow-capped mountains. Every day the staff tidied the room. The breakfast was good and the people at the reception were polite.

The first day there was no hot water at all with the temperature outside at -18°C. We spoke to the reception and they gave us a solution to go across the street to the building where the Spa was and the shower there was terrible. Also, half the days the shower had no pressure.

Very helpful lady at reception! The family room was adequate and clean. The Inn is close to the ski station, but it is uphill from there, and when there is ice, you need 4x4 car to get up. Breakfast was very good with good variety and tasty khatchapuri!

It would be good to have ski storage space room so that one doesn't have to bring skis to the room. It would be great to have sauna too as it is advertised!

The property had good breakfast and was close to the ski slopes. You will need a car to driver there though as it’s about a 7-10 minute car ride. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony so that really was a nice gesture by the hotel. You also get free toiletries in the hotel and they do have a shattaf ( this is for all the GCC viewers)

We had dinner at the hotel and definitely would give feedback on the quality of the food served. Having said this, there was a lot to choose from the menu, maybe we just choose the wrong items.

The breakfast was terrible. Also with the fact that it was full of people some things were finishing and didn't appear even the next days. A lot of frozen vegetables and quite nothing to eat as a sweet breakfast. We had to buy stuff from the supermarket and make our own breakfast in the room Also I would change the light in the room, adding some warm light option.

the hotel was well-cleaned and well-maintained. the room was nice with a separate room for kids and us. Parking was good and easy to access. The bathroom-provided bidet was a relaxation for my family and me, making us very happy to stay.

breakfast shall have some variety to consider outsiders but it was good. the view from the room was very nice but there was construction going on when it is completed it will be fantastic. at night we felt noisy from the outside by dogs and inside the lobby which is not good for time to sleep

Gudauri Inn is a pleasant hotel in the middle of the town of Gudauri. All the facilities in the hotel room are modern and function well. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods, both Georgian and Western, and very fresh and delicious.

We stayed at Gudauri Inn only for one night as a transit stop from Stepantsminda to Kutaisi. So, we did not have any negative experience.
