Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully crafted from wood, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The views from the windows are lovely, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Marika. Her exceptional hospitality truly set our experience apart. She assisted us with everything we needed and provided a level of service we’ve never encountered before. Her kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s a super nice, friendly place with a great ambiance. When we left, we already missed the room and the wonderful atmosphere. This is truly an amazing place to stay!

The hotel room was modern with comfortable facilities. It also had two small balconies with a nice view over the main street in Mestia and the mountains in the background. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.

There was a strong humming sound in the room that disturbed us a bit in the night (possibly from ventilation or water boiler etc.). The breakfast was decent but nothing special.

One of the most friendly, helpful and welcoming hotel I've been to. Super comfy beds, great breakfast and amazing staff. They do go that extra mile for you. From walking us to an amazing rooftop terrace to preparing a lunch box for on the road the morning we left. That's what you call hospitality with five stars!!

Beautiful rooms, clean and warm place, big windows with a view to mountains. Nice breakfast. Perfect location - in a city center. Has it owns electricity generator and it is very important as the city can suddenly run out of electricity.

The price is quite high for that accomodation place as it is more like a high quality guest house not a 3 stars hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They helped us up and down the stairs with our heavy luggage when we arrived and left. The room was very spacious.

There were cigarette butts in the bin in our room. The tv in our room did not work at all. The breakfast was nothing like what the photos depict. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the music was so ridiculously loud that we could not hear each other talking to each other across the table.

Super nice staff, always eager to help. Hotel is placed in the center - easy to get anywhere. Room was cleaned on a daily basis 👌

Renovated building, very centric in the middle of Mestia. Very gentle staff happy to help with any doubt. Rooms and bathroom are clean.

Its a bit noisy as one of the windows didnt lock perfectly. Besides that the place is perfect for anyone who wants to know Svanetia region.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the mountain view. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had no air conditioning, but we were able to open the door at night to cool down. However, no AC might be a problem if you plan to spend time in the room during the day.

Located near the main square this somewhat upscale boutique hotel has clean spacious rooms, some with balconies and views of snow-capped peaks. Rooms are comfortable with minimal furniture but do have some storage – shelves and hooks – and a luggage bench. The bed is reasonably comfortable, although the king bed is two twins pushed together with a sizable gap between. The bathroom is moderately sized with a nice-sized shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Counter space, however, is minimal. Amenities include a hairdryer, but no safe, coffee and tea service nor glasses. Laundry service is available. The Wi-Fi connection is reasonably good but does get bogged down at times. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is limited but does offer a choice of hot and cold items, i.e., mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, hot dog type sausages, khachapuri (cheese filled bread), a type of cookie, yogurt, bread, honey, butter, cottage cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers. Coffee is instant but there is real milk.

Minimal counter space in the bathroom. No safe, no water boiler, no glasses in room.

Location: The hotel is located in the center of the town, close to markets, restaurants and bus stops. Facilities: Booked a family room and the room was very clean.
