Very spacious and modern hotel in the centre of Mestia. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. The staff is very kind and helpful, they even arranged for a new tire for our car when we had a puncture! Thank you very much😊

Iconic view from room with nice balcony, Swimming pool was functional well, hotel lobby is cozy and staff welcoming also helpful, attached restaurant food was good , don't miss the live music .

AC in room was too hot and noisy, bed sheet rough and not perfectly comfortable , shower temperature unstable, breakfast was boring , little over priced .

This hotel should get a higher grade. Location is perfect room was big and very comfortable for the family Breakfast was amazing every morning something new Pool and Sauna- just what you need after a full day of hiking

I already missing the place

There is a sauna and a swimming pool right in the hotel. The breakfast was gorgeous! I saw some Svaneti towers from the window and bought a Svaneti salt.

The breakfast was too gorgeous, we could not eat everything that was served to us, and I was upset about such a waste of food.

Loved the new and modern decor, warm and spacious rooms, staff were friendly and helpful, boutique size so easy to get around.

a gym or workout room would have been a great feature for days we weren’t skiiing and the non skiers in our group.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in Svaneti region. Super clean, big rooms, comfortable mattresses and a great breakfast provided. Check in and check out was easy with the reception being very pleasant. The beautiful pool was amazing. We definitely be back!

The room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view, facing the mountains and the statue of Queen Tamar. The hotel staffs kindly gave us an upgrade. Our room might be one of the best rooms in the hotel. There was free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The swimming pool and sauna were brand new. There were a large variety of selections for breakfast, with different dishes every day. Plenty of vegetarian options as well. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 7 nights, and really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel might be still in process of renovation. Overall everything is nice and new, but more is to be improved, especially the details. For example, there is no mirror in the changing room of the swimming pool. Nor is there heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is important for mountaineers in winter. Some lamps in the room were without bulbs. The food in the restaurant is a bit too International, not very Georgian.

Good location. Excellent restaurants (Seti)within 5 minutes walk. Nice staff. Sauna. Nice views from terrace.
