Silent location aside from the main street. Even though there is no conditioner in the room it was cool in there at night. The bed linen is fresh, comfy bed. The breakfast is great: buckwheat is sth that I like and yummy pancakes with a variety of jams. Tea and coffee are available in the kitchen all the time throughout the day. Responsive and attentive family owners, helped me with the airport transfer.

The shower is my room was leaking and there was no balcony.

It's our second time staying in Latour. We loved it the first time we'll keep on coming back. Many other good hotels in Mestia are on the street, but Latour is secluded neatly underneath a hill with big yard and garden surrounding it. Compared to many other places it also gets great views of mountains on all sides. It's so relaxing when you enter the yard after an active and tiring day. Mornings are the best when you wake up and come outside on the balcony feeling that mountain peace. Definitely get a room with a balcony. That's a big part of the joy. The rooms and bathrooms are actually better than the way they look in photos. Last but not least, the hosts are a very sweet family. Very warm and welcoming.

The room is an excellent size, a lovely balcony with a view, a reasonable sized bathroom, a good breakfast and free coffee and tea all day. The location of the hotel is excellent, not in the center but within a 5 minute walk.

There is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs (although wide and comfortable, but still stairs...) with all the luggage

The place is run by 2 old ladies who are amazing. The breakfast is a must try and the views from the room are insanely good. We haven’t felt more homely in a place where we couldn’t even interact in words since the ladies didn’t speak English.

The other English speaking host at the property was absent. Therefore, interactions on the first day were problematic. Once we settled into the rhythm, it was easy for us to manage. Had we not talked to other English speaking guests at the property, navigating the place would have been difficult.

Latour Mestia is a pleasant and warm place to stay. The boss and his family, especially the grandmother, were kind and breakfast was very good. Through this visit to Mestia, my wife and I had a good memory.

The hotel is new with a nice design of the hall. The rooms are good, there is no a special design on walls (I don’t like it), but I liked a lot beautiful bathroom tiles. We stayed at the hotel during the Christmas holidays with a big group of friends (19 persons). Every day we had an excellent breakfast, good service and care. We celebrated New Year at the hotel, there is an enough space at the hall for that (19 persons) and the owner kindly offered us to order a party dinner at the hotel staff. The dinner was perfect, a lot of delicious georgian dishes <3 We were really happy at this place, and we send big thanks for that to the owners and hotel staff.

Family run hotel. The hospitality of the whole family was beyond expectation. Room is nice and cozy. Bed and pillow are nice. House red wine is cheap but tasty. Overall ... I love the place, will back for sure. The only weak point is no elevator. If you travel with the huge suitcase like us. You have to swallow it.

The host is super friendly. He found for us several taxi-drivers and price for their servise was low than you could take negotiating with drivers on a bus station. If you haven't enough time but desire to see as many attraction as it's possible you have to deal with drivers. So the host saved our money in some extent)

The internet speed was badly epicially in the evenings and I would recommend to fix it.

Staff are so kind, accommodating, hospitable & generous with their time, knowledge and experience about the area. They have two lovely dogs who are fun to play with. It seems like other hikers stay here too so it was good to swap stories!

One of the beds in our room was super creaky and short to sleep on.

Best place to stay for your time in Mestia. Close to the center and all the restaurants/shops, but not on the main road, so it's quiet. Big rooms and comfortable bed. Great service and wonderful host (was invited by the owner to try Georgian wine in the evening). And one of the best and largest breakfast I ever eaten. Defently recommend to all my friends and stay again there on my next visit.
