The owner of the apartment was absolutely wonderful and helpful. He was available at the cottage even at midnight and first through messages and then on the spot helped us solve the problem with the stolen cell phone and drive us to the store where we could buy a new one. He was constantly wondering if we needed help with anything and if we had made it through the night safely, when a huge storm was raging outside and the power had been cut off. We really appreciated the terrace with mountain views and the perfect location for those going on the trek from Mestia to Ushguli.

Amazing view, great speed with the responses from staff, adequate facilities

Furniture needs updating the kitchenette area was terrible, most furniture in the room probably 30 years old that did not age well, flooring had cracks in it, the extra bed that we were supposed to use for triple occupancy was terrible opted out sharing a huge bed on the upper level, at least it was huge and easily accommodated us, saying all of that would still stay here for the most amazing view and value for money

Really close to most of the attractions. Walkable distance to the city and most of the things you want to see in the city. Exceptional view from the room and the balcony. Waking up to the view is totally worth it.

Located up a steep slope where most of the normal cars don't reach. If you bring heavy luggage, you'll end up lugging it uphill and downhill the icy slopes.

Loved everything, you cannot not like this place

View from the balcony. Though it’s not ideal to keep the balcony open as insects or small animals might enter.

The balcony is not covered. So if it rains (which it did) I could not enjoy sitting in the balcony as it was all wet. No A/C or fan in the room, so might get hot during summer. Luckily it was raining and temp was nice.

Paradiso Mestia are beautiful small houses directly on the hiking trek to Ushguli. With this it’s the perfect location. You have a perfect panorama from the balcony over Mestia.

The shower was leaking

Cottage cozy and good view. Good price.

Middle cottage need to fix door locker and stair some step hard to walk. We slep fall down 2 times when we going down. Sofa bed need to fix too.
