Fantastic breakfast, a very good selection and although we started late we never felt rushed or hurried as you sometimes are in other places. Just half a kilometre from the autobahn but you would never know it, there is no noise from there at all. If you are travelling with a dog there is a park with a lake just 2 minutes away for a good stretch.

A family owned and run gasthof, authentic German food and beer and being treated as if you were one of the family on a visit. What is there not to like?

Easy to find, easy to check in. I parked right outside. My room was comfortable if a little old fashioned, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. After I had checked in I went straight to the restaurant area where the waiter found me a seat despite the place being very busy, and I ordered a beer and a lovely large salad. The menu is nicely traditional. The breakfast was also excellent, all the usual stuff you’d expect. And it’s verywgoid value for money. I’d have no hesitation about returning

Very good hospitality and kind staff. Felt very welcomed here. Everything was so good. They also speak English and are happy to show you your room and explain everything. One of the best hotels I stayed in the recent years.

The location is a perfect mid-way stop to Italy

The price increase for the room plus in the restaurant too! We may look for a less expensive alternative next time. 110 euros is not really the room’s value. I wonder if they are cashing in on the good location, as they are able to do??!!!

Breakfast was simple but fine with fresh bread and plenty of juices and yogurts. Location is excellent, at only 3 min away from the highway. But check out as well the wine areas that are at a mere 10 min drive away into the hills. It's a beautiful area with very friendly people.

It is an absolute gem of a hotel just off the motorway. I was made very welcome from the moment I stepped into the reception and then throughout my stay. The room was spacious and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice

Always a warm welcome the reception is very friendly and helpful the rooms are nice and well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of selection, so it sets you up for the day. A very nice place to stay!

Very lovely and stylish hotel. We stayed there for one night as a stop and we liked everything about our stay. Easy park in front of the hotel, we had a late check in and the owners managed to give us access to the hotel.

The only thing that can be improved is the quality of the pillows

perfect location about 800m from the motorway, yet very quiet on a Friday night. Staff was very friendly, check-in super quick and easy, great parking, rooms clean and even had a bottle of water for refreshment. Restaurant was excellent, great quality, value for money, fast and service at the table. Wine also lovely. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed with fresh fruit salad, muesli, eggs etc. Coffee as much as we wanted, same for tea.

I stayed in a single room and bed was very single :), I nearly fell out, so if you are used to sleeping in a 1.20m wide upwards, be warned :). Also - and I forgot to tell the owners on check-out - the hot water in the shower went from super hot to boiling, hence I wasn’t able to use it.

Easy to find from the main roads, clean place and the room was enough for a quick sleep stop. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. I was even checking In late and he left all instructions to me at the main gate which was nice
