The location was exceptional. The hotel also included/was surrounded by many facilities, which made it easy to spend time and enjoy in the surroundings. They also offered free coffee/tea/snacks & drinks in the lobby, which made you feel even better. All in all, it was a very delightful experience. We would definitely go back there sometime soon.

The hotel room lacked some basic appliances, such as a refrigerator or an electric kettle. Other than that, I have nothing to complain.

I needed a rest from too much walking in Amsterdam and Berlin so on a hope to Munich we decided to rest in this smaller village. Lovely setting, easy to find, great breakfast, friendly staff and townsfolk. This is a resort village but it was off season. Charming is the only word that comes to mind.

It was a perfect stay for us.

Great hotel in a cute little town, beautiful surroundings. I especially appreciated the great attention to details, e.g. easy availability of different pillows, cold drinks available to buy on trust-basis, proper reading lamps at the bed, even a post-it note system to inform staff about possible needed fixes in the room!

No dinner at the hotel itself during the week, but several options a very short walk away

Breakfast was very good. Their Italian restaurant was excellent. Swimming pool was a bonus and we had it to ourselves both times we used it.

The temperature was over 30c that week which was exceptional so the room was hot. A fan would have helped but we didn’t ask so that was our fault.

Hi. Everything was excellent. Super breakfast, pool and wellness. Room was also very modern. Nature with spa collonade and small castles were worth seeing.

The bell rings every hour in nearby castle/church even at night, which can be uncomfortable when sleeping

We would have preferred robes in the rooms, not having to get them from the spa area. The heater in the pool room was excessively loud.

Amazing breakfast. Good and healthy. I especially liked the eye for details, like the flower of life water ‘fountain’ at the pool. And also the copper mugs to fill with water in the hotel lobby. And the amazing peaceful park, by Sebastian Kneipp(s thoughts).

May be the early time for the check in but really all the rest superb !

The room we were assigned was pretty spacious (it was a suite), and recently renovated (like the entire hotel, I think). You can see that the rooms were re-made with great attention to detail, and with high quality materials. However, it somehow is missing a one definite style, seems a bit of a mishmash. Also, not sure if hanging TV over a bathtub is that safe.

No elevator. We decided to stay in this place mainly because of its "wonderful" breakfast rating. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. I am not sure if something changed since the previous reviews were made, or people were too generous. Just to give a few examples: no fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs from the box, bread didn't seem fresh, and generally it was not tasting great. I mean, it was a pretty decent breakfast, but definitely not worth the 5* reviews it was getting here. The pool was a bit aged, and with some visible dirt at the bottom.

Fantastic place which you probably would never visit. I would say location is in middle of nowhere. Hotel was just fantastic as well as the small city. Just around the corner a fantastic Italian restaurant.
