The hotel is a bit old-fashioned (1990s) but very well kept. Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; nice, spacious and comfortable room (studio) with large beds. They have AC in the room! It's very close by car to the world-famous Bayreuth Ermitage Palaces & Gardens, and thermal spa centre (Lohengrin Therme). Both are worth visiting. There is free parking on site!

The location is a business park close to the countryside at the outskirts of a Bayreuth suburb. It's on the top floor of a rather outdated building with various companies and services (Chinese restaurant, bakery, hairdresser, gym, real estate, etc.) We were a bit surprised. But once we took the lift to the hotel level of the building, we found it quite pleasant. And the services can be an asset when looking for some quick food, a workout, etc.

Such a nice & luxurious touch for winter. · Big bathroom, with fabulous mirror & lighting which made my morning routine (doing makeup 💄💋 etc.) super enjoyable. · Clean. · Free (& ample) parking within the complex. · Supermarket, drinks shop, chemist/pharmacy, and bakery next door. · Friendly reception. · 11am check out. · Comfortable, simple, old-school, and just nice like this. · We’ll try the Chinese restaurant next time!

As someone else pointed out in their review also (which we didn't see until after we'd booked), the hotel's surrounds aren't lush green areas. The main photo is rather deceptive. This was the only "small" disappointing aspect for us. Having said that, the large room, the comfort-factor, the easy parking, all made up for it, and we'll happily return to stay a few nights to see Bayreuth properly.

A no frills hotel, very good value for money. Room and bathroom are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Its location a little out of town and next to the highway makes it a perfect en route stop. Plenty of parking space available. As an added "bonus", there's a good bakery in the same premises that opens already at 5:30 am. Would surely come back.

It's not a new hotel, the vibe is more like the 90s but... who is tired of chain hotels it's a nice change. First of all, it is quiet, ideal for sleeping up to 1/2 night, service without any problem Breakfast worth the price products fresh what was missing was delivered, there is no express but as in the old style you get a thermos of coffee A big plus is the large open parking lot and it's free of charge which is a rarity these days, you will drive in a van or suv with a thule.

The hotel is located in a more quiet part of Bayreuth with a nice scenery, the room was spacious and comfortable for two people, a good breakfast was provided, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The internet connection was not the best at times, especially at night.

A classic hotel, very comfortable and cosy. Every detail is well-designed. The room is very spacious, all the pieces of furniture are constructed wisely. We have chosen the hotel for the second time to have a rest during a long trip. It is situated 2 minutes from the highway and possesses free parking. We have been with a cat and it also liked everything 😺

We like that the place had that atmosphere where you quickly were relaxed and you could enjoy your vacation - thanks to the host Tanja who were sweet and helpful + the apartment (Duo) was beautiful and good size for 4 people. - Despite that we came doing the summer we used the sauna after a rainy day.

Large room with all you need, good breakfast and staff great. A little out of the way but great for a stop over. Chinese restaurant downstairs was fabulous with other shops around for convenience. Shower on timer so had to keep hitting the button, but otherwise very happy with room.

This was a convenient location four our stay in Bayreuth. The hotel is 20 min by bus from the centre, the bus station is right next to the hotel. There was a supermarket close by that was handy and also, attached to the hotel building there is a bakery, good for a coffee and snack in the morning. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed.

The staff doesn't speak english.

Stayed 1 night on the road-trip from Denmark to Austria. Location not far from the main highway, which is what we were looking for. All good.

Not regarding the property but more surroundings - there were no places to eat our apart from the Chinese restaurant downstairs, which was fine for 1 time.
