The location was great, the rooms friendly and a lot of light. The small kitchen was equipped for preparing smaller dishes.

There's a private parking space right outside which youngsters use Friday and Saturday night until ca 3am for informal gatherings and drinking, making a lot of noise. The apartments have no ventilation, so you might want to have the windows open, but if you're a light sleeper, you won't get much sleep. The property is not accessible by car for tourists. It has no elevator. Both were no issue for us, just good to know for others. No iron iron in the room.

It is in old town location. Lovely area. Nice, clean, well equipped apartment. We didn't see or meet with staff. Self entering by code. Company sent every instruction via mobile app or text. Easy excess to the apartment.

No parking. We arrived evening. More then 1 hr drive around and around we found parking finnaly.. Night parking stay is free between 7pm - 6,30/8 am. Most of the parking rule let you stay - daytime for 30 minutes or if you lucky enough for 2 hrs. I think this apartment location doesn't perfect for travelers with car for longer stay

The room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Value for money was excellent. The access system was easy to operate and while the room was in a central location, this was also a downside.

The room was ground floor on an alleyway which which was a bit of a thoroughfare until the early hours, with people walking by talking loudly or even leaning against the wall below the window, smoking and chatting. It was difficult to get to sleep because of this. The shower was broken and did not function properly.

It was my second stay here and in general it was just as good as the first one. Much care put into preparing the room, the cleaning personell must be very attentive so props to them! The extra tea bags and coffee capsules and condensed milk for the coffee machine were a nice added touch.

Sadly the heating wasn't working (yet) and it was pretty cold in the morning. It was just a very cold in the early morning already and it would have been nice to heat up the room but I also understand if that wasn't possible due to centralized heating systems.

The location is great, central but quiet. The room was very large, and everything was new and in perfect shape. I especially liked that the historic structure of the building was preserved in the renovations.

The only thing that was not perfect, but kind of central on a business trip, was the mattress: I think it should be replaced, the topper made it a bit better...

the room was super cold when we arrived we didn't get clear instructions ns for the parking and when we parked next to the room, the neighbour yelled at us and told us to leave so please fix the parking problem or give clear instructions where to park.

Wonderful location so close to the centre of Bayreuth’s walking area. Very clean and well equipped. Close to restaurants, buses and taxis. Not far to walk to the station. Comfortable beds

Lovely new apartment - very cosy

Unfortunately towels and a quilt(Decke) for one person was missing.I called the 24/7 assistance and was in contact with a very nice person. Unfortunately it was not possible to provide us with the towels and quilt at that time of the evening. The person offered us a 40 % discount that we accepted (how will we be refunded?) Besides this it was a great stay.

Place was clean, the surrounding street was quite, we were able to cook, grocery and Restaurants were near. It is also near the City Center.

However, the shower heater when we were there was not working, so it was always very hot
