Good location, comfortable rooms. Ideal for 1-night stay on the way.

The hotel message about the car parking wasn't precise: at the weekends, the "30-minute" car park in front of the hotel is not restricted to 30 min, so it was stuffed with cars staying a long time. The town center has one-way streets, which are not well updated on Google Maps, so the access from the hotel to the recommended P7 Badstrasse parking was an additional 30 min drive in the labyrinth. Better to go straight to P7 from the motorway rather than trying to park by the hotel.

Simple model for those who don’t need a reception. Check in online or in the machine downstairs, personal code and minimum to none interaction. Very close to city center and pedestrian streets but still possible to get by car and even find some parking spots around or in the parking garage nearby. Very good value for the money spent. There are plenty of places around you can have a good breakfast starting from 6:30, but you also can try a hotel breakfast (we didn’t). Restaurants, grocery stores, etc. writhing 1-5 min walking. Good family room big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

- Auto check-in is a nice touch however reception not at ground level is a bit off-putting. First impression can feel unfriendly. E.g. Renting a studio/apartment where owners cannot be bothered to show up and just leave their house keys in a key locker for you. - I arrived at the hotel in the evening (dark). Certain section of the streets from train station to the hotel can feel very dark - direction with google maps. Not many street lights. This is specially true if it is your first time to Bayreauth.

Location, location, location! It's a 5 minute walk from the sights in Bayreuth and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the pedestrian area downstairs on the way. New was automatic check-in. You get a text msg with your key code ahead of time and you don't need to speak to a sole. It's practical, but impersonal.

Good location, close to the centre of the city.

Check in via terminal next to the entrance door where is no space and it was full of people. Wasn’t possible to go directly to the reception because code for the entrance door was needed. And the code we received after our check in. Not before like it was mentioned in the message. Also all messages received from hotel were only in Germane language.

It was clean, silent, easy to access and well positioned.

They have given two small single blankets for a double bed. They were both narrow and short. I couldn’t fit under them. So I wanted to turn the room temperature higher but unfortunately since AC was set to 22 degrees by the center, couldn’t be changed.

The hotel has a superb location right in the centre of Bayreuth, within walking distance of all the attractions like the Wagner museum and the opera house as well as restaurants and shops. The hotel has no parking of its own, but is next door to a large car park. If you park there, if you get your parking ticket validated at the hotel reception you get a discount on the parking, €9 per 24 hours, instead of €12. Car park payment is by payment station when you leave. The room at the B&B was clean, tidy and sizeable with a nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a typical European buffet of cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fruit and so on. I can recommend it highly.

The breakfast was great. I especially liked the muesli selection and the available condiments. My husband enjoyed the rolls, cheese, cold cuts. We both enjoyed the boiled eggs and the fruit. Coffee machine allowed a good selection of coffee types.

The room was a bit tiny; however, it was quiet. The location was fantastic.

Lisa the receptionist was very nice, polite and welcoming. She even spoke English which made it much easier for me to communicate with her. Anytime I asked her for something she got it done. All the staff from the cleaners to the waiter/waitress were very polite and helpful. They all greeted me with a good morning 🌞 in German 'Guten Morgen' ☺️😁

Big thank you to Kai and Liza.. took very good care of us, even upgraded our rooms for free when there was availability even tho we didnt ask for it. :) 3rd time renting there since 2019.. Bayreuth, my mothers hometown..
