I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals, and thesupermarket, butcher, and bakery across the street were handy. I also could walk to the university to see its famous botanic garden. There are several bus stops nearby, though it's hard to get back to the hotel from the Wagner festival at night--a taxi is about 20 euro, which is not bad. It's about a 40 minute walk. The staff is very helpful, and the washing machines and dryers were awesome!

Large comfy spacious air conditioned room. Plenty of space for storage. Immense bed. Two toilets! Kitchen area has a sliding door to isolate noise from the fridge. A lot of thought in the layout. Location is good, a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre. Shopping facilities are a couple of minutes walk. Undercover parking with EV charging available. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Very little to dislike. Kitchen area is small and equipped with basics. Would be nice to have a coffee machine, cafetiere or teapot. Dining area is also compact but fine for two people.

This is as advertised and what you'd expect for the price. Bed was comfortable, room set-up is fine although the table/desk is small. There is a kitchen with induction cooktop and oven. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and bakery close by. It's 20 mins walk from the centre of town, there is a bus which is fast but only goes every hour.

Supplied plates, cutlery, cooking equipment all OK but fairly basic. It would have been good to have had a bowl for salad, utensils such as tongs, spoon for cooking/serving. And a sharp knife! The bathroom and separate toilet light operates via a sensor. There is no way to turn this off and a bright light in the middle of the night is uncomfortable.

It feels like a high-quality student hostel. There are no breakfasts offered, but in the apartment there were all possible facilities to prepare one (plus, there is Lidl down the street). The apartment was large, comfortable, very close to a small forest, so in a late-April morning the air coming from the window was super fresh and filled with birds singing.

No negative comments.

All rooms have kitchen and almost all kitchen utensils you might need. They will take out the trash every day and always check if there is anything I need. Staff was always highly proffesional, helpful and ready to answer all the questions. The position is also excellent, you have a bus station directly at the front of the hotel but at the same time the city center was not so far away for a light walk.

Cleaning service must work better

Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Parking. Elevator. Clean apartment with kitchenette and everything you need. Airconditioning a great + on hot summer days/nights. A 15-20 minute walk to the city center. A short drive to the Festspielhaus, Eremitage and other sights. Food and gas can be bought nearby. A few minutes drive to the A9.

Very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the facilities provided. The reception staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

A minor dislike was the very limited range of English-speaking TV channels - not a big problem, though! A major dislike was the lack of nearby public transport in the evenings - daytime was OK, but felt just a little too far to walk from centre of town in the evenings.

Spotless, comfortable, great rooftop terrace, easy bus connections, opposite a great bakery for breakfast

Nothing it was a lovely hotel although it is a bit outside of town. The buses were good and it was a fairly nice 20 min walk from the centre, 45min from the Wagner Festspielplatz

Simple minimalist layout with lots of space. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Everything worked well. We didn't expect to have two toilets and two TVs in the room! Bed was huge and it was easy to be comfortable. We liked the fact the rooms faced away from the road, so noise intrusion was low. We also liked the thought that had gone into the layout, with a sliding glass door to block out noise/cooking in the kitchen from rest of the apartment. There is also a good coffee and snack vending machine and you can have breakfast in the Hotel cafe area or as room service.

The kitchen was small, which made it difficult to collaborate on meal production. Also finding the light switch to see what you were doing in there was a challenge. But this was really not that significant.
