Just a short hop from the autobahn, an exceptionally clean and modern hotel located next door to the local Spa. WiFi included in the price, breakfast included in the price, welcome drink, very competent staff, everything you'd expect for a hotel in this price bracket. Rooms are outstanding quality, plenty of space, clean and modern

Very difficult to find fault - The Spa next door it linked to the hotel by a short foot bridge, but they are public baths, so on summer weekends they get very very busy. The hotel sauna is for hotel guests only however. For breakfast I personally would have liked more fresh fruit and yogurt options, but there was plenty of other choices.

Modern and contemporary architecture; serene, spotless and spacious room. Peaceful colour tones, a very soothing choice of overall furniture. Luxurious bathroom amenities. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of vegan and gluten free options for breakfast. Easy (complimentary) access to the thermal baths. Short drive from Colmar.

Nothing much. Perhaps the only thing we could suggest is adding some lactose free cheese options for breakfast (but this is a minor detail).

Hotel is new and all facilities are modern Nice restaurant (closes at 21:00). Cool rooftop bar - is a bit expensive but open until midnight Nice park with walking trails next to the hotel

Please be aware that there is no swimming pool actually in the hotel. This came as a bit of a surprise to us and became apparent only once we actually went looking for the pool - which we thought was inside the hotel. There is a large spa/sport's center (=Vita Classica) in a building adjacent to the hotel (connected via a tunnel) hosting several pools and freely accessible to Nouri guests - however be aware that it serves people from the whole town and it's vicinity - so depending on the hour it might get crowded. But overlooking this hiccup, the hotel was overall very pleasant

The ambiance was so calming and relaxing . The aesthetics are beautiful plus it’s clean .

The food menu was limited and the rooms have no telephone.

Spacious and nice designed rooms. very friendly and helpful staff in the whole facility. great food at the restaurant and friendly service. extra plus that you can go into the thermalspa classica for the same rate that is just next to the hotel.

there is really nothing to complain

The room was big and spacious for a family of four and the bathrobes were sized for our family based on the information we provided. The spa was great and our massages were the best. The special cocktails at the bar were delicious.

I can't really say anything bad, it is a high class and luxury hotel and everthing was perfect. We will be back on day for sure.

The hotel is new and its design is very comfortable ,linked with the thermal bad. Rooms are lighted and spacios,breakfast is very good , etc

Great stay! My daughter (7 yo) got a rope of an exact size. Rooms are super comfy, staff is friendly and multilingual. Excellent choice of food at breakfast, restaurant is superb at all aspects. Parking is a bit expensive, and there are options even for a free parking around hotel. This facility is pretty much new and thus in excellent condition. If you are in Bad Krozingen for a mutual Therme facilities, make sure you bring your own (rubber) slippers. Also, be careful with the Sun. Cold weather doesn't bother you because most outer pools are with hot water, but even the lightest sun beams will get you sun burns. Therme has a good concept of payment so you don't need cash or cards inside - great relief. Even smoking areas are available (I have noticed 2), so you are covered in that respect if you are smoker.

The concept of payment in Therme facilities is troublesome if you opt for extended stay. You are technically cheked out from hotel in that case, so you don't have a room number which is a vital information for payment. Kind of a bug in the system that has to be sorted out by the hotel Nouri.
