Not my first stay in this hotel, which has very good location, comfortable rooms with a certain charme and very nice breakfast :) always a pleasure

The rooms overlooking the parking can be noisy, especially in summer when windows are open all day long, because of the gravel covering the parking area, and the balconies on that side have no separations so everybody sees everybody. Also, the pillows could be better (but that's a problem in many German hotels)

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was healthy and truly delicious. Free parking was very convenient, and the location was perfect—peaceful, with a lovely park just nearby. On the other side of the road, there’s also a very interesting spa, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it’s easy to take the train to Freiburg, which was a great bonus!

The location is good and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond! The room is of good size and has all one could need. Even a nice balcony to watch the sunset.

There is no AC. And during the summer heat it can be really hard to get some rest specially on the top floor, directly under the roof. The hotel has seen better days and some renovations may be needed. For example the windows, which can be hard to close. Cleanness can be improved (hairs on the bathroom upon arrival)

So, we absolutely loved this hotel. Super dog friendly we had a top floor room. Comfy beds. Large room. The restaurant menu is quite limited due to a refurbishment of the kitchen and reviews reflect this but…..as things are progressing they are offering much more. We had lunch and were so impressed we decided to try an evening meal. What a winner. Ribeye steak cooked to absolute perfection. Melt in the mouth and so tender. Well done that chef. Best steak ever and seriously I am a steak snob. Pork medallions wrapped in bacon with plums. Beautiful. Drinks were very very reasonable. Breakfast was substantial and varied. Wonderful. Staff professional and very happy. Well done everyone from kitchen to reception. Management note… you have a great team and a superb chef. Its been a pleasure.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Huge room I had. With living room double twin beds, massive toilet.

No Airconditioning in the room...... it was 38C outside and the room was getting cooked all day long in the sun. The restaurant closed at 21.30-45.... not a chance to get a toast. Walked to the next hotel to have a super dinner till 23.30.

I had a single room with a balcony. Both the room and the balcony were spacy . Comfortable bed and the entire hotel very clean. The Therme with a swimming pool just 50 meters away, open daily till 10 p.m. providing a great opportunity to relax and cool down after a hot summer business day. Very good breakfast served early from 6,30 a.m., making it a very good place also for business traveller

It is right across from the therme. Very quiet at night and the staff seems to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast was very good and the dining room was extremely clean.

Hotel rooms are slightly dated (but not too bad). I know the area is extremely safe but I wish they had a bit more light in the parking area behind the old hotel behind the building.

Location is perfect just opposite of the thermal baths, with a very convenient parking. The breakfast was also diverse and fresh. The room was clean and spacious.

A small issue was one of the elevators that was not working, so we had to walk the whole corridor to get the other one. I am sure this was settled in the meantime.

The pillows were way too soft. For the amount paid, one would expect to find a choice between a softer and harder one It would also be fantastic if the restaurant did room service without needing to go downstairs

Everything was wonderful - the only thing that spoilt it was other guests who insisted on Team Olympic Smoking outside on the patio while one was eating. Also, unfortunately a herd of elephants had moved in above my room - so insist on a top floor room! So ban smoking from where people are eating!!!
