The staff were really nice. We were running late a little and then they called us to make sure we are arriving on site safely and they told us we can actually check in with the machine instead of checking with the person and you can go there anytime of Day or night and check in with the machine which is nearby the door. I think overall the price is a bit expensive compared to the location but if you are planning to visit the city, I recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, pat-friendly! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel room was clean and nice. The location is wonderful by the Kurpark and very easily accessible for walks with our dog. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

The bed was not comfortable. Both of us agreed.

The Breakfast was exceptionally good and quite filling. The staff is courteous, professional and beyond helpful.

During peak hours of later in the evening, finding parking can be a challenge due to the parking lot is for the hotel and local apartments. Twice I was forced to park on the street.

The room has everything you need, very clean, cozy balcony, nice and tranquil location, comfortable beds, bags for thermal complex, good breakfast, friendly staff, my second stay here and I will definitely come back

The second room was basically a narrow corridor with a bed, would not book this room for the second time

Nice staff, they were very responsive and even if we arrived late, they arranged check in well. Very recommend. The room is beautiful decorated. Comfortable beds. Nice location.

Its better for longer stays. We couldnt use the sauna or jacuzzi because we had no time to use it. Wish we could stay longer next time.

We were at the appartement with kitchen: All good, well equipped kitchen, pleasant balcony.

Second bedroom extremely small.
