The rooms were large and clean with amenities such as coffee and water and wine for purchase

We had to check in later than expected. Left a message. Got to hotel and it was completely dark, no exterior or interior lights on. Note with our name pinned to a board outside all in German (we speak English)with a phone number. No one answered. Lucky enough to find a neighbor outside who spoke English and was able to get a hold of the owner and get us into the hotel. Once inside all was good. Disappointed that it seemed to be a very nice hotel but had terrible customer service!

Clean, everything worked, simple and cost effective

During our last night, other guests arrived late in the night and were very loud till late during the night

The breakfast was a little pricey, but very fresh and delicious.

The pillows were way too soft, like half way filled soft, it was hard to sleep. Our waitress was openly racist against black people which made us uncomfortable, we left early because of those things combined.

Code system for the doors not clear you received 5 messages and it's just confusing how to get in. Sent two messages to the hosts and never got a response. Room.not like the photos

1. The worst issue was the hotel staff’s lack of responsiveness. We asked them to fix the WiFi, they said they would do it, and then they just started ignoring our messages. It was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 2. The room design lacks practicality—it’s just an example, but the toilet door is transparent! There’s no privacy, as it’s in direct view from the bed. 3. The WiFi wasn’t working at all. 4. The soap in the shower was empty. 5. The location isn’t within walking distance from the town center.
