The staff kindness, the courtesy fruits and drinks in the room, as well as the location. Dinner was good, as well as the breakfast.

The internet was really bad during my stay. I even mentioned it to the lady at the reception upon check-out. I would like also to mention that the room temperature was not controlable... the control center display stated that the temperature was set to 19C, but it was a lot warmer than that, so I open the window, which also did not solve the warm temperature. The shower cabin does not retain the water, so the bathroom gets flooded everytime I had a shower.

If you walk inside it looks very expensive and well done. They have a beautiful terrace overlooking the area and since it’s pretty high up, you can enjoy a nice view if you have the right room. The otherside doesn’t have spectacular views though, so if you want that consider the higher priced offers. The AC didn’t work and there was a faucet that leaked a little, sadly no insect screens either. We haven’t had the windows open so couldn’t tell if there is mosquitoes in the area. The rooms are furnished in a modern style which is fine, to each their own. The money-value is very very good though. The breakfast was amazing and there was alot of choice.

Absolutely everything was Perfect. Our second visit,this time for two nights to discover the fascinating village,we were very comfortable indeed. We loved the views. Food,evening and morning was excellent. All the staff delightful,enthusiastic,friendly and helpful. We charged our ecar onsite. We will definitely return.

Very modern and felt comfortable there! Also plenty of free onsite parking and exceptional breakfast buffet included in the price.

AC was very cold and temperature couldn’t be changed at all, only way for it to turn off was to keep the window open. Also the shower sprayed outside the shower and got the floor by the sink super wet.

The room was perfect.Spacious,well equipped and very comfortable .An armchair positioned to watch the amazing panorama.Balcony with comfy chairs,alas too windy to stay long! The hilltop village is fascinating,too.Perect stopover for us. Ooh,and we could charge our EV as part of our stay.

No tea and coffee in room and shower was disappointing. This shouldn’t detract from a fabulous hotel

The hotel has a lot of facilities like gym, sauna and a panoramic restaurant. The room is clean and has a beautiful view. Great breakfast.

Only one towel in the room. The person in the reception didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate.

It was very hot at night. I couldn't open the window because of the noise. The air conditioner didn't cool the room, maybe because it was winter. You could use thinner blankets or turn the heating down a bit.

Excellent location, Waldenburg is a little gem. Also close to Schwabisch Hall. Walking tracks are well advertised, could be easily downloaded. Hotel is newish. We had a small fridge in the room. Plenty of parking around.

Room was small. And too busy in my opinion. Restaurant closing too early. That will be all.

The hotel has a perfect view (just from one side of the building). New furniture and design. Tasty breakfast. The staff is relatively friendly.
