Everything was wonderful about this place: Staff was friendly, The hotel smelled like little India, in a good way (for people who likes Indian aroma sticks, we do!) Everything was clean Room was cold when we checked in but the heating was in a good shape, so we heated it pretty quickly Bed was comfy and the blanket was warm and heavy I am peaky about food, so I never preorder a breakfast, before I see it. We checked it out and everything looked good, so we’ve took it and everything was delicious, the variety was great, fruits were fresh, nothing was too fat or too shady. Thank you, you’ve made our stay so comfortable!

The only thing that should be done is fixing the shower, cause shower head was old and hose was leaking, so it was quit difficult to take a shower and wash off the soap :)

The rooms were very reasonable sized, very comfortable bed, pretty nice bathrooms (the shower door was a bit awkward to close). Breakfast was very good - excellent selection although on day 1 we were late down and the mini croissant were overdone unfortunately. Day 2 we were earlier and they were better! It has a Spa! Location - WOW to the location - right next to the old town - leave the hotel and you are there!

The strange thing for me was that there was a key. On a key ring. I haven't had a hotel room with one of those in years!!! Bathroom - shower enclosure was difficult to close correctly. Spa - only open from 4pm. Restaurants - reception didn't really know what was available in the town. An there is a night door as reception closes at 10pm - also haven't been to a hotel with one of those in a while.

The breakfast is exceeds German standards. The rooms are kep in historic style, but have available all what modern life requires. The spacious parking is some 50m from the hotel. But make sure you make a reservation for the parking spot when you reserve the room.

I like the smell of curry, but someone who does not like curry might complain. There is - an excellent - Indian restaurant next door.

Great location, right in front of the market square and christmas market. Very convenient to have a private parking lot in the center of town. Very nice historical building with great potential.

The Hotel has seen better times, lack of attention to and care of details – but probably that’s why it was good value for money

Is is a nice hotel. I was a little worried, will I here everything what is happens outside as the windows let through a lot of sound. But I slept really good. The bed was really comfy and I fall asleep immediately. They serve tasty breakfast and you can enjoy a historic building.

Wonderful location, right on the market square, the historic heart of the city. The room in the old historic part of the hotel was stunning, spacious and beautifully furnished. Very good breakfasts and hotel carpark nearby.

We had the misfortune to witness an all in abusive shouting match between the manager and a staff member. Other guests were there too and everyone was made very uncomfortable, this should never happen in front of guests. Other than that, we found the staff very good, especially the night desk staff.

All of the staff were excellent - cheerful and courteous - especially the two receptionists on duty during our stay. The room was generally comfortable and warm with an excellent shower room and toilet facilities. The decor and furniture in the public areas was tasteful and of good quality. The hotel is in a prime position for a stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

The WiFi on the third floor was not very good - intermittent and weak. Breakfasts were good. Their strength is omelettes and these were excellent. A good choice of breads but cheese and cooked meats were very limited - brought out on a serving dish as opposed to help yourself. Some local/regional choices would have been a nice option - we can only base it on other four star hotels we have stayed in and we would have preferred some more hot options (bacon, sausages perhaps) and normally there would be some smoked salmon.

The breakfast was sumptuous. The location was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the value for money was excellent. It was wet weather when I stayed there and they provided room for me to store my motorcycle out of the weather. Very appreciative.

There was a slight issue with the curtains not closing properly.

Great location for visiting the Christmas market - 20 feet away! Covered parking was available across the street. It was nice to come out in a snow storm and not have to clean the car off. Our room was clean and comfortable and an elevator to use between floors. Once we got service, our breakfast was very good.

We waited for over 10 minutes to be greeted at the restaurant for dinner and finally started to walk out when someone appeared. By then, we just left. At breakfast, it was rather confusing and slow service again. We did get served after a while, and we were the only people in there! They need to work on their attention to customer service! The front desk at check in was great!

The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect, and the room was a good size for a single bed. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again in the future as I like the hotel and Schwäbisch Hall.

It was very hot last weekend in Schwäbisch Hall. It would have helped if the room had a fan. I asked, but none were available. Therefore, it was extremely uncomfortable in the room. I needed to keep my curtains closed because my room was located on the corner near the street and the street lights were very bright shining into my room. It made the room even hotter without air flow. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.
