Close to the station, amazing staff -- the receptionist lady there must be the nicest in the whole wide world! I have never seen someone so kind and customer oriented (and I have travelled quite a bit). When I explained my needs, she went to great lengths to make sure I got a room I would be comfortable in. Breakfast was very good.

(In some rooms) the bed placed diagonally against the corner of the room means there is no head rest. Perhaps the management could consider providing some big heavy (couch-like) pillows that would allow guests to sit in bed (to watch TV for example).

Everything was perfect, thank you! We enjoyed our stay. The room was very warm, spotlessly clean, and offered a great view of the city. Essential toiletries were provided.

There were a few minor points for improvement: the shower door had a gap which allowed water to leak out, and there was a small gap under the room's entrance door facing the corridor. It would also be nice to offer tea bags in the room, as only coffee was provided.

The location was great with the closeness to the train station and also to the town. The large room windows provided fresh air and a nice view. The breakfast was very good too. The candy and fresh water in the lobby were a nice welcome as was the coffee machine in our room.

We did need to wait awhile both at check in (long line) and for our room to be cleaned (late afternoon). We used the time to relax in chairs on the landing.

I stayed in this hotel on a school trip in 1971. I always wanted to go back and finally did. I was so pleased to find that the hotel is still run by the same family and one of the daughters, who were our age, was on reception when we arrived. We had a nice long chat; thankfully her English is better than my German. Still a lovely hotel and Schwabisch Hall is every bit as good as I remembered. Very handy location to visit nearby places such as Rothenburg and Dinklesbuhl.

I didn't spend much time there, but I really like how easy was the checkin and how kind was the staff. the hotel has a prime location near to the train station. Overall I had a good experience.

Ideally located. Nice feel to the whole place. Great parking option. Staff were terrific , especially the receptionist originally from Malaga.

There was nothing not to like.

Great location between the train station and the center of all the pedestrian action in town. Nice, particularly well-maintained building. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

The bed was a bit droopy for my taste; I prefer more supportive mattresses. Overall, the room is comfortable despite being small. Breakfast didn't start until 8am. Would be good to at least be able to get coffee or tea before that, but otherwise it was fine.

Location is superb , really clean room , friendly and helpful staff.

No A/C or refrigerator in my room , thankfully the weather wasn´t too hot but it could be a problem on a hot day.

No evening meal. Staff were a bit disgruntled. Heating was a bit sparse in The rooms

All staff were friendly, Mr. Geza Toth was very cooperative during checking in and checkout I highly recommend this hotel.
