Despite this being a standard business Hotel on the edge of a village about 3minutes off of the A2 Autobahn north of Magdeburg, it's actually a nice place to hang out with a decent bar and restaurant, which is good as the hotel is isolated. Dogs accepted for €25 fee, and the breakfast was promoted as being very good, and it was indeed very good.

Was charged €7 for parking on the street in front of the hotel, they claim they own the whole area... They have a standard dodgy corporate Internet login that defaults to paying a premium after you have entered your room number and name. I very carefully made sure both myself and partner did NOT sign up to this, yet somehow it appeared as a charge at checkout, deleted after arguing but why make me leave with a bitter taste in the mouth?

More attention is needed to the cleaning. At first glance room looked very clean. But, there were finger prints on the hardwares of the bathroom. Some water/coffee stains on both night stands. Plenty of dust under the bed - I guess it was never cleaned. We were very tired after driving and my son was already asleep so we did not change the room. The staff were very polite and friendly when I mentioned the issues.

Well-sized and tidy-looking hotel in a lovely location (edge of small town, surrounded by farmland, looked lovely in the sun.) Public areas inside were light, breezy and cool, welcoming and relaxing, outside seating area clean and tidy. Rooms were finished to high standard and cleaned well, on par with expectations for the brand and probably above expectations for this price point. Staff were friendly, polite and courteous, and very willing to help. From facilitating an unexpected early check-in, to recommending an excellent takeaway (restaurant "closed at weekends" apparently, but staff happy to sort dining area/outside area so guests can order in and eat properly) the staff were wonderful. The barman looked after us well, but after a 700 mile journey home, I'm sorry I don't remember his name... This location suited us well at a midpoint on a long journey, the little touches in the room from fridge, to safe, to complimentary mineral water, to a decent tea and coffee selection (often missed in most hotels (even other courtyard hotels I've stayed at!) as they cheap out, not this one!)

The restaurant was closed and no food available from the bar - after a 900 mile drive from Latvia, food was wanted. Thankfully rectified with a takeaway delivered to hotel - that food was delicious! Car park surroundings need some attention - hard to see where the small parking charges are justified as it appears they're not spent on the grounds and car park. Small oversights such as inconsistencies between rooms for the tea and coffee provision, small amount of sawdust under phone and light panel from installation - simple and easy to fix, certainly no big deal but it means that the hotel maybe isn't quite hitting the mark that it aims for (albeit overall it did exceed our expectations)

It's very close to the motorway, enough parking spaces, nice location for a sleepover when travelling long distance cross Germany. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, apparently freshly refurbished. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable beds and pillows. Even though it is close to the motorway, the place is quiet.

There is no bar or restaurant (well, they are in there, but were not open), but as a compensation, we did not need to pay for the parking. There are not many dining options in the area (a kebab house in a nearby village that closes early on), so if you want to have a dinner, you need to drive to Magdeburg or elsewhere. They however sell some snacks and drinks at the reception.

Excellent location, very close to the motorway but quiet at the same time and with beautiful views. Late check-in and early breakfast available, ideal for us as we were just stopping by for a night rest. Spacious rooms with all essentials provided. Thick walls and doors ensured minimal noise disturbing our sleep. Air conditioning, on the other hand, kept our room temperature in control.Little fridge was a blessing as we could cool our drinks before the travel. Breakfast was also delicious and enough to choose from for different tastes (not sure about vegans and food allergies). We've seen family with a dog, so pets must also be allowed 👍

The Pet charge is excessive, we were charged 25 euros for a small dog for one night. but when you look at the Marriott website they say they charge 50 euros per night. So this is not a pet friendly hotel, check the charges with them directly before booking. There was also some confusion over the being charged twice for breakfast. There invoice says room is with breakfast, but then there seems to be an additional charge for breakfast. It looks like they charge you twice, but i just think its the way the write the invoice. This needs to change...

A nice location to have an intermediate stop during a trip. Very close to the autobahn. The hotel is located in a small town. There a nice Kebab place to grab a bite :-) Otherwise not too many options for lunch or dinner (we didn't try the restaurant at the hotel though). The room was recently renovated, pretty big. Nice breakfast included. We also got bowls and a bed for our dogs, they liked the bed :-) It was also really quite inside, although you constantly can hear the autobahn noises outside.

The place is being renovated, but really it didn't disturb us. Enough parking spaces, but you have to pay 5 EUR for it.

Very nice room. They are still renovating the hotel so not everything is finished but it already looks great. Very clean and neat. The location is okay, it's close to the highway but it's a bit boring. The breakfast was very good, enough choice and good quality. The price for everything was very good to and the extra plus point; dogs are welcome ;) Overall nice place to stay. Definitely will come back if needed to be in the area!

If I had to say anything it would be the garden, but i think in one year everything will be finished and perfect ;)

I have been using this hotel as a stopover for 20 years it has always been staffed by excellent people but I am So impressed with the refurb Looks amazing The rooms have been updated and seem so much brighter and comfortable The staff are very friendly and professional The breakfast is excellent value and the scrambled eggs are delicious Would highly recommend as excellent value for money when travelling with a family

Parking charges now that is a check as how else would you get to a motel !

Breakfast is super - tea Ronnefeldt, tasty omelette. Free bottle of water in the room. Very comfortable bed. There were shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body balm. Hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee. Nice bed sheets and towels. Nice parking (5 euro per day).

The window was difficult to open/close in our room. Dirty glasses for water. No trash bags. No hand soap, we used shower gel and it was not comfortable because it was high on the wall in the shower zone.
