I called the reception team meanwhile I still was in the train and asked if I could perhaps enter the room already at noon. Although they said it would'nt be pssoble, when I arrived I got already the key to my room. That was a great relieve. The matress and pillows very very good.

I didn't like the breakfast. The fruit salad was icy cold and some fruits werde very hard inside (low quality Kiwis). For me, as a vegetarian, there was not much cheese choice. A "Bircher Muesli" would have helped also. The breads and rolls were tasteless and fluffy.

Had stayed in and been very impressed by this hotel earlier in the year; obliged to make a return trip to Magdeburg, I booked it without hesitation. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast costs another 18 euros, but it's a banquet of sorts - huge variety of cold meat, cheese, fish, yoghurt, fruit and cooked options. Good location between station and theatre (I was in town for the opera). Excellent QPR.

The room was nice and very big. It would have been nice if they had a water kettle to make tea and it would have been nice if they had a fridge.

The pool was very good but cold. If they would increase the temperature by 2 degrees it would be great. The breakfast is really pricey at 20€ per person. That would amount to 40€ for 2 people, for a room that costs a little more than 80€, which is out of proportion.

The location was excellent. It is a 3 minute walk to the city center and 1 minute to the streetcar stop. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and answered all our requests as best they could. I appreciated it very much.

I felt there was room for improvement in that there was no refrigerator or hot water heater in the room.

Nearly everything. I put a neutral face for facilities because I didn't use them.

I had to fix the curtain, and the mattress was concave in the middle.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Good location in central Magdeburg, between station and main attractions. Delicious and varied breakfast.

No real reservations. Some other reviewers complained that the breakfast was expensive at 18 euros but there was so much on offer that I don't really agree with them!

The hotel is very nice, clean, quite and central. It was amazing that the main city attractions and shops were around and there are two tram stops nearby where almost all city trams pass. The beds were comfortable. Even though we had a double bed with two mattresses, one could pleasantly sleep in the middle.

Unfortunatelly I only stazed over night, and did not had time for breakfast or to explore the Hotel. But from what I like was a very nice place and sad that I could not stay more. Definetely a place where i would like to come back :)

The central location ,the ease of central parking and access to hotel,staff helpful ,and very friendly ,good English spoken ,cleanliness of lobby and rooms .

A petty thing is no ac ,had to have window open ,and because of this a lot of noise from building construction .

Staff, room, facilities, location - everything essential for those few days in Magdeburg was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time at the location and even extended one night to enjoy it more.

Breakfast was a bit pricey, however quite tasty. Staff were lovely and attentive :)
