The staff are very nice, helpful, smiling, pleasure to interact with. The restaurant is great, dinner food is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied and of excellent quality for the price. Bathroom was relatively spacious and very clean.

The room we had had the windows facing the motorway and because there is no air conditioning and it was terribly hot, even at night, we had to keep the windows open, which meant a lot of car noise.

Pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and the cleanliness of this hotel, 24 hour reception desk, free and large car park, brilliant breakfast buffet and a very clean hotel right by the main Autobahn. The staff were all really lovely and polite during check-in, at the bar and during breakfast. Managed to help us change rooms also from a twin to a double. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the gentlemen at the reception during check-in who changed our room and also to the lovely lady who assisted us in getting breakfast sorted in the morning. Service with a smile goes a long way.

The only gripe was the poor wifi signal on the 3rd floor where we were. It is free and no registration is needed but the signal quality is poor but usable.

Very comfortable room with a great shower. Nice and clean. Quiet when the window was closed. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent - something for all diets!

No air conditioning so it was very hot in the room, especially with 3 people in it. I read the small print in the lift the following morning, that you can ask for a fan.

The staff as always were great. The location is ideal for our journey between Warsaw and London The rooms are clean. On this trip we were charged for parking which had not happened before, only €5 though.

Very well run hotel and excellent location for overnight stay between Holland and Poland. Restaurant was also very good standard and very friendly service from the lady on duty that evening. Its was a bitter cold evening when we arrived however the hotel and room was very welcoming and warm .Easy check in and out next morning.

I recommend this hotel for single or family stay.

Very poor WiFi signal coverage in 3rd floor rooms. No mini fridge in the room. Long distance to get train station by walk.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly with our daughter who’s 5 and great attitude. The room was great and the dinner we had was excellent. We really weren’t expecting such a good experience from a motorway hotel.

Great location for us as we travelled east for Christmas. Very nice waiter in the restaurant and good food for dinner and breakfast. Clean and quiet.

Really soft / thin pillows meant none of us got a great night's sleep. The room was comfortable enough but there is hard laminate flooring which made it feel a bit tired and functional - some carpet would have made a big difference. No tea/coffee in the room. Woken by housekeeping banging the door and attempting to get in at 07:40 after a long day's travel the day before, because we hadn't put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Definitely felt like a hotel for people just passing through

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location near the highway very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the bed squeaked, affecting my sleep quality. Overall, while the stay was pleasant, addressing the bed issue would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.
