The hotel suited the purpose. An overnight stay en-route to Berlin. The flexibility of the staff was very agreeable as a room change was required from my side and they made all efforts resulting in a free upgrade. (I booked with dog letting the hotel know prior to arrival the stop was to avoid New Year fireworks in Berlin) So being on the 4th floor with fireworks exploding in front of the window was not great. I recieved a lower level room in the end 🙏🙏🙏 which meant a free upgrade. Fully appreciate the understanding receptionist. Thank you! Cleanliness, service fitting. I want to highlight the initial booked room was absolutely suitable for a single traveller without extra requests & fitting rate (but if you have extra requests, do double check!)

That the reservation was not suitable given circumstances (travelling with dog on New Years). Wanting to avoid fireworks & finding out the room was on 4th floor (prime firework explosion floor) BUT the receptionist was very forthcoming helping to fix the problem. However I would have prefered to know the room location prior to arrival esp. as I called highlighting I need a quiet room for the dog. Rooms of the upgraded standard & rate lacked mini bar/ fridge, tel & alarm clock, bathroom extras (having been a Hotel Director I might be esp picky) but again I fully appreciate the service!!!

It was a wonderful Stay, the Toilet was Clean and Huge. The Bed is very Comfortable and Clean as well. I enjoyed that the Television function well and had the Best time watching football . The Room was very well lit, and we were able to use the amenities. I hope i can go back and book again . I am looking forward to it. Til next time .

The Heater wasn’t working. I still needed to use it, tho it is Summer . The Television is so small. There nothing for Hotwater if we want some coffee .

Not free parking 15e per day🚫 - Wifi was poor - The bathroom sink faucet needs replacement - The light in the underground parking not working . It was very scary and inconvenient.

Beds are comfortable and room aircon works well. Blackout curtains are good. And breakfast has,a good spread .Free carpark is available very close to the building.

The bathroom was clean, but to take a shower you have to climb into a high walled bathtub, being a senior that was very difficult for me. Near the lhotel there is no restsurant in walking distance, but some limited dinner options were available.

Very clean room, hotel in convenient location, good breakfast. Overall very good experience but a few small things could have made it better: (1) pool was closed when we arrived due to technical issues, (2) no kettle in the room, (3) restaurant very small and busy when we arrived, nowhere really to have a nice meal with children… also (4) we arrived with a dog and not much space around hotel to walk the dog, lawns by blocks of flats etc but a bonus a nice playground nearby which we were not expecting. Overall good stay..

Why do we choose Achat Hotel Magdeburg? Because everything You need traveling with your family is there. Underground parking lot for a big SUV, remarkable breakfasts every time... Rooms clean and cozy, staff competent and up to the point. All this combined together, makes You feel like You are not a client, You are a guest. We are coming back.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast is superb, enough choice also for vegeterians. Aircon is very good and gets the room quickly to the temperature.

Rooms were pretty noisy. If you have neighbours, you here everything. Underground Parking is quite expensive. Fan in bathroom didn't work, very humid after showering.

Parking garage is never wrong. Room big enough. Beds are very good. Bathroom is big and has good quality in materials. Breakfast really good, and staff working in restaurant was friendly. Nice area outside hotel to enjoy warm evenings.

The room was too warm, no aircondition and no adjustment helped to get it cooler in the room. A little bit too expencive to pay 15€ for parking.

Booked as wanted a dog friendly hotel.

Although it was advertised as dogs could go pretty much every where I was disappointed that the restaurant area was excluded. Therefore I couldn't eat in there with my dog but could in the bar. This then meant I couldn't get any breakfast as it was restaurant only.

Comfortable hotel not far from autobahn. Nice room, good parking in garage. A bar at ground level, and nice sitting outside enjoying nice weather. Good breakfast, and proffesional staff.

Only one thing. That it is not possible to eat dinner at the hotel. Must buy it elsewere. It is not aircondition in the room, but it was a ventilator there, so now problem.
